Character Info
Name: Shozo Arino
Height: 5'10
Weight: 205lbs
Hometown: Bunkyo, Tokyo, Japan
Alignment: -2
Shozo is dedicated to his cause, and will fight and beat down those who stand in the way of the future he's fighting for, but he is still not quite as angry or directly vengeful like his REVOLUTION counterparts. And let's all hope he never is.
Entrance Music: "Anti Gravity" by Lindsey Sterling
Entrance Description:
Physical Appearance: Mmmm, Akatsuki-era YAMATO....
Ring Attire: Shozo's ring attire is the same as it was in (R)Evo. White trunks with the word "Future" across the back in black. Black boots, and black tape on his wrists. The only difference is he now has REVOLUTION written across the front of his trunks.
Gimmick: A man fighting to save the future from the past, and perhaps going too far to do so.
Personality: Looking at the Shozo that wrestled in (R)Evolution and then at the Shozo now heading the REVOLUTION is like night and day. Where the past Shozo concerned himself heavily with living up to his father's expectations, the present Shozo has cast that weight off of his shoulder, and seems far calmer and together for it. He's deeply, unendingly focused on achieving his goal, and lets little get in the way of it.
That said, it's clear there's still something going on with him. He seems to get unusually attached to people, and is nearly obsessed with keeping those who are close to him now, because the strain of losing someone else might kill him.
List up to three strengths of your character; they can be in-ring related, personality related, whatever you think helps define your character:
1. Potential Unleashed: Since unleashing everything he's kept inside of himself for so long, Shozo seems like a different man in the ring, years of training showing through in his actions and strategy. Once they said he could be the future, and now he truly wrestles like it.
2. Life of Training: Shozo's spent almost his entire life training, years and years of it has exposed Shozo to many different ideas and techniques that he's added to his arsenal. In short, he's far more prepared for what people can throw at him than people might think.
3. Endurance: His entire life has been spent under the eye and discipline of Papa Arino. Few can stand to match what he can push himself through.
List up to three weaknesses of your character:
2. Still Number 2: While he's made leaps and bounds since revealing himself as the REVOLUTION's leader in terms of sheer ability, he's still behind his Japanese contemporaries.
3. Cracking: For all his calm persona and words can make him seem, it's still clear to see that he's under some internal conflict, and that might just end up destroying everything he and his allies are trying to build.
Biography: Shozo Arino is the son of Papa Arino, the famed trainer of wrestling stars with a brood of "children" worldwide. And Shozo is the star of that flock, as his actual child. Or at least that's the way it should be. But it seems it's never felt that way.
Shozo was part of the first class of (R)Evolution students, keeping his last name hidden by his own choice. During that time it became clear that he was very much the "number 2" of the Japanese students in the class, always considering the second best at things, which seemed to frustrate his father even more than it did him. Also during this time did his friendship with Shinji Uchikawa begin, the two quickly growing to become best friends, becoming the tandem known as Gen2. Shozo continued to try to gain ground in RevPro, and occasionally did, but only by using things forbidden by his father, who would scoff off Shozo's accomplishments due to how he won them.
All these things, plus the things Shozo refers to as "The Tragic Fairytales" combined to change him. Unknown to even his closest friends, he began to gather people under a single banner: that of evolving past any barries the past generation would put on them. To surpass them, by any means, and to never allow them to negatively affect anyone again.
The REVOLUTION has arrived, with Shozo as it's head. And now, everything will change.

Entrance Description:
The crowd falls into booing as "Anti-Gravity" by Lindsey Sterling hits and the leader of the REVOLUTION steps out onto the stage. He first looks out at the crowd, and their negative reaction to him, shaking his head in disappointment. He then looks up at the ceiling and beyond, looking up for a few moments before nodding and setting off down the ramp.
David Zinkus: From Bunkyo, Tokyo, Japan, weighing in tonight at 205lbs....SHOZOOOOOOOOOOO ARINOOOOOOOOOO!
He steps onto the ring apron and looks up at the sky again for a moment before stepping into the ring, rapidly turning to face the entire crowd before coming to a stop in the corner. He slowly undoes the hoodie he was wearing and ditches it, ready for his match to begin.
