I'm not 100% sure what we're going to do yet, but now my RP is finally finished (it's been a long week, and has included match writing, always fun!) I'd like a segment somewhere on the show if that's ok. It will feature Lexy along with the special guest star from her RP (no spoilers).
I'll work on it tonight and send it in.

After a double-size special last time out we're back to normal this time. Not often I get to say this with this character, but the very special guest star (no spoilers here) appears with permission from her handler. Also I'm trying out a new colouring of the text similar to some of my other characters. Any thoughts on that are always welcome. Click the banner... Production Code: S02E02 Posted By: Lexy Chapel Synopsis: The second season of the Chapel Show continues and this time our stars are in Japan for the biggest opportunity of Lexy Chapel's young career. What are her thoughts on her first shot at the biggest prize in the business? Also, with Cookie Dreams apparently hurt, what lengths will Nate go to show his support for his wife? And who else is showing their support? Find out now!

I'm kind of inclined to think that knowing the nature of the hobby, people will still procrastinate. Oh man, isn't that just the truth? It doesn't seem to matter how far in advance you tell me about a match, I still find myself not writing anything for it until 48 hours before at most. *rolls eyes* I used to be WAY better at this than that as well. I used to have stuff up like a day after the card went up. Oh the old days...

Nobody has responded to this? I'm a little shocked. I expected mass outcry either in support or against it. Maybe I'm just too used to every little thing causing drama... From my point of view, I work every day Monday to Friday, and occasionally get co-opted in to doing a few things from home on Saturday's as well. Working all week normally means that come Saturday I have a ton of stuff to do from shopping, washing and the like to watching sports, so as a result I normally end up with it getting ridiculously late in the day before I end up thinking "hmm, I should RP". I'm also in another fed that occasionally has Saturday deadlines on PPV weekends, and another that has a Saturday deadline for a weekly show (although normally it's worked out as the opposite Saturday, or I just haven't been on the show when they've clashed, both of which are handy). What I'm trying to say is, I'm in support of a Sunday deadline. I'd even be in support of a Tuesday show with a Sunday deadline if that was needed. I'm rarely writing anything on a Sunday during the day, so it just means whatever I don't get written on Saturday I can get my lazy butt out of bed to write on a Sunday.

I had a whole plan for an RP this week but I've been sick since New Year and I've had no energy. I started writing a little last night and ended up going to bed, and I only woke up an hour ago, so instead of no-showing I've decided to put something quick together. Sorry that it's not better but I didn't want to no-show so I did the best I could with the energy I have.
------
The video begins and we see the inside of the Chapel apartment in Anaheim, California. There are still Christmas decorations up, including the very visible Christmas tree in the background. In the foreground however, on the couch, sitting with her legs crossed is Lexy Chapel. She’s dressed in a t-shirt that reads ‘PRACTICE SAFE SEX (Go Fuck Yourself)’. She smiles at the camera. “What’s up fuckers? I’m Lexy Chapel, this is the Chapel Show, and here’s a fun fact: did you know a female ferret will die if she doesn’t have sex for a year? In fear that I may be part ferret I’ve made it a mission to ensure my own survival by having sex frequently,” she says before laughing and winking at the camera. “So, welcome to 2015! Now I won’t pretend that 2014 ended in the best possible way for me, because it didn’t. I finally got a main event match, a match that was about an opportunity for me and not about being part of a team, or a group, or being an underling, and it was against the current reigning EXODUS Pro World Heavyweight Champion, and... Well, you guys saw the result, right? I tried and I failed, and I won’t lie, it’s kind of gutting. I wanted so much to do better than I did, but I guess it just wasn’t in the stars. And now it feels like I’ve fallen a long, long, LONG way down. The last show I was in the main event, this one I’m way back in the second match. I guess that’s the punishment for losing, huh? And if I lose this week I’ll probably wind up in a dark match at the next show, right? But I don’t intend to lose this week.”
“Now this isn’t going to be your normal Chapel Show because as much as we planned to start 2015 with a bang there’s been all kinds of problems and... well, the good news is that Season 2 is coming. Season 2, in fact, is planned to kick off next time out. But in the meantime I just thought I’d say a few words so you all know what’s on my mind and none of those nasty rumours start up again about how Lexy doesn’t care or Lexy is giving up. To the people who keep starting those rumours, and to the people who believe them, there’s something you should know about me. It’s something important. It’s something that I would have hoped you guys would have realised by now, but evidently you haven’t. I don’t give up. I don’t run away. I don’t crawl and hide. I’m a fighter. I come from a family of fighters. And tomorrow night in Los Angeles I’m going to fight again, and I’m going to fight none other than the current reigning EXODUS Pro San Diego Bay Champion, Mr Chandler Scott. Now personally I’m a little upset that this match is sooooo early in the show, but whatever, that doesn’t mean that Chandler and me aren’t going to put on a hell of a show for you guys,” she says with a smile and a nod. “Of course knowing Mr Scott as I do – which admittedly isn’t all that well – I doubt that he’s all that interested in putting on a big show, he’s likely far more interested in ‘reigning supreme’, but that’s going to be a fun challenge to have to fight against tomorrow night. It’s not like I can deny the fact that he’s reigning right now, can I?”
She nods her head like she’s impressed. “I mean, I’ve already told you the big news in Chandler’s life at the moment, that being that he is without doubt the San Diego Bay Champion, a title with a lot of history, a title with a lot of prestige, a title that I longed for when I first started out in this company and a title that I’d love an opportunity at in the future. Chandler’s life right now, as a champion, has to be a good one. I bet he had an amazing Christmas with that title, and probably an even better New Year. I for one was proud of him when he won it, after all when he first came around these parts he was a bit of a jackass, and the longer he’s stuck around the more he’s shown that... well, he is a bit of a jackass still, but he’s also been willing to fight for the right things. He’s been willing to fight the good fight. He’s been willing to stand with the right people. He’s been willing to show everyone what he’s all about, and that’s something I’ve got to give respect and admiration for. But while he has fought the good fight, while he has stood up for the right people, while he has done all these things make no mistake about it ladies and gentlemen our reigning San Diego Bay Champion is still a bit of an asshole, and that’s something he seems proud of,” she says before rolling her eyes. “What is it with guys in this business and being proud of being an arrogant asshole? Seriously, I don’t get it. I don’t get what drives them to think that that’s a quality that anyone wants to see. I don’t get why there are so many people who do it, like there’s some giant asshole machine and it’s cranking out little assholes in to the wrestling world on a regular basis.”
She pauses for a moment, considering that thought before shaking her head and shuddering. “Damn, can you imagine if that were true? Like, an asshole production line? ‘Hey, there’s a new company starting up, we need seventeen assholes, stat’,” she says in a jokey tone before shaking her head again. “That’s kind of how it feels sometimes though. That’s kind of how it feels to be in this business and look around and see that. And I’ll be honest, sometimes it starts to get to me. Sometimes I look at the sheer number of people who are like that and I just wonder why. But it’s not that often that I get to do something about it, and this week I do. This week I get to face Chandler Scott, I get to bounce back from another loss, I get to fight for something new, against someone new, and I get to find a way to prove myself all over again. Because I don’t think anyone will doubt that I had an amazing 2015. I had a great year, from starting out as a nobody in the nobody matches to building my way up the card, winning the International title, and establishing a name for myself. It didn’t end the way I wanted it to. I got my butt kicked, I got decimated and lost my belt, I finally got my first ever main event only to lose that as well, and it seems like the way things are going right now that 2015 could lead to me getting my butt kicked by the San Diego Bay Champion as well. Only problem is I don’t want to see that happen, and when I get in to the ring with Chandler in Los Angeles I’m certainly going to do everything in my power to see that it doesn’t happen.”
“I know he’s bigger than me. I know he’s stronger than me. And I’ve seen some of the moves this guy can hit – that spinning hammer thing he does looks like it really, really hurts. So, I did my research and I came up with a game plan of how to take him on. Do you want to hear it? Step one, try really hard not to let him hit me with something painful. Step two, hit him with something painful. Step three, pin him. That’s pretty much it. I know, it’s simple, but dammit I just get the feeling it could work,” she says jokingly before smiling again at the camera. “And the truth is that I need that right now. I need the challenge. I need the test. I need to kick off 2015 looking to build something, looking to re-establish myself, looking to find a direction, because right now I feel lost, I feel confused, I feel as though on in a bit of a rut and I need to find a way to break out of it, and a win over the San Diego Bay Champion will do something toward that. Chandler and I don’t have any history. This match isn’t personal. I don’t think I’ve ever even spoken to the guy in the back. This match will be the epitome of professional. This match will be two professionals going out to the ring to see who’s better, and I hope that Chandler is ok with the idea of getting beaten by a girl because that’s how I intend to start off his 2015. I’ve got big plans for this year. I’ve got big ambitions. And in order to make any of them come true I need to start to build momentum, I need to start to climb the ladder, and the first step is in Los Angeles tomorrow night.”
“I’m tired of the rumours about me. I’m tired of people talking behind my back. I’m tired of people judging me. I don’t know what the future holds for me, that much is true, but I do have ambition, I do have dreams, and in 2015 I want to see them come true. Next time out the Chapel Show Season 2 launches properly and there are going to be changes, there’s going to be an evolution to the show, there’s going to be new content and new fun and new adventure because that’s what we’re all about. We’re going to evolve, we’re going to move forward, we’re going to push toward something new and who knows, maybe at some point I’ll get another crack at a main event, maybe at some point I’ll get another crack at a World Champion, and maybe when I do this time things will be different. One can hope, right? But for now there’s just one thing that I’m focused on and that’s tomorrow night one on one with Chandler Scott, because if there’s one thing I want from tomorrow night it’s to prove that Chandler doesn’t reign supreme, instead Chandler finds out that sometimes it’s not so nice to be an asshole, and while he talks like a bad Booster Gold wannabe tomorrow night I intend to boost my own chances and boost my own career by beating him in the middle of the ring,” she says before nodding her head firmly. “So, I know that wasn’t much, I know I normally have so much more to say, but I told you this one was going to be short, right? If you’ve enjoyed then rate and subscribe, and until next time I’ve been Lexy Chapel and this has been the Chapel Show.”
She winks at the camera before the video fades out to black and then ends with the replay button flashing up on the screen.

Well, I've been easily distracted with video games lately (mostly Destiny... that game is addictive) but I decided to take a break just for you, lol. I enjoyed writing this. Hopefully the imagery comes across well in the first clip, and hopefully the second clip makes you laugh as well based on the first one. Click the banner... Production Code: S01E22 Posted By: Lexy Chapel Synopsis: The Chapel Show returns to it's normal format after the last few shows. This time on the Chapel Show we find out what happened with our stars during their second trip to England lately after Lexy's funeral. What will Nate do to cheer up his wife? And what does Lexy think about this week? Find out now!

I'll take a segment. I've got a rough idea for two different ones, but I may combine them into one. Have to see how it goes.

Ok, sorry about the lateness but I had another PPV tonight with an earlier deadline. I know, right? How inconvenient! I decided to do something a little different for this one. I tried to make it more emotionally charged. I wanted to give Lexy something to be less cheerful about. I hope it comes across well as I introduce the members of her family for the first time, and one of them for the only time. Click the banner... Production Code: S01E20 Posted By: Lexy Chapel Synopsis: We interrupt your regularly scheduled Chapel Show to bring you the twentieth episode, but not in the same joyous way we hoped. Rather than the video they had planned for this week this episode of the Chapel Show is put together from a few videos recorded at home in England as Lexy visits her family, and not for the kind of reasons she wishes she was. So what happened? Find out now.

Ahh, good times. In order? Err... major characters (and one sub-character) Pete Ebdon: Chris Jericho (for the first week), Triple H (for the next fourteen years. God I've been doing this too long). Nicholas Jaxx: Shawn Michaels, Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels again, Crash Holly, Christopher Daniels, Alex Shelley. Shelley and Crash were the longest running. Sara Ebdon: Stacy Keibler. She's the sub-character, never RPed actively as her, she was just manager to the others. She's changed name twice (stage name Crystal expanded to Sarah Ebdon, and then Sara Ebdon due to a misspelling on a banner I liked too much so I kept it) but never pic-base. Warren Anderson: Kurt Angle, Randy Orton, Christopher Daniels. Yeah, I guess he briefly grew hair... Paul Franzak: Sean O'Haire. Don't think he's ever had another base. Christy Matthews: Lacey (as in "The Lovely", not any other). Always was, even when she was Jaxx's sidekick. Ravyn Taylor: Maria Kanellis, Emilia Clarke. Not even used Emilia for a year yet, Maria I used for five years, and yet Maria as her base is now weird to me. I <3 Emilia way too much. Zoe "Syren" Sperling: Velvet Sky. More than five years now. Autumn Valentine: Kaya Scodelario. Almost five years on this one too. Alexandra "Lexy" Chapel: Emma Stone. Only a year on this one, give or take. Joseph Kealoha: Roman Reigns. Not even six months on that one yet. I try not to change pic-base (or theme) too much with... err... a few notable exceptions.

I've had an idea for a Japanese character for a long time (although mostly said idea only works when they're in America... but not the point). The question is however would this be an affiliate fed like RW? Would it be angled or RPs? What would we need to actually contribute? I ask mostly because I'm very lazy and don't want to commit to something and then find out it's more work than I expected.

............ahh, Ultimate Incest. Just another reason that the Ultimate universe went to hell. It was the best thing Marvel were doing at one point... and considering the other comics were good at that point, that's saying something.

Maybe!! Although in that version of history Lexy would need to be Nate's sister, or she'd be Lexy Adams and The Chapel Show wouldn't exist... Retcons FTL! ?

I has so many questions...
1) Is there going to be a card, or is it a surprise? 2) Is there going to be a format for it, or is that a surprise too? 3) If it's going to be angled, and there are matches, how are winners determined? Or will every match be a draw? 4) After this show will all our characters bios be changed to give them entirely different stats and origins so nobody has any clue what happened to the characters anymore?
I'm sure I have more questions, but that's all of the ones I can think of immediately.
