Current state of affairs: Paige - Needs to pick for round 12. George - Needs to pick for rounds 11 & 12. Greg - Needs to pick for round 12. JV - Needs to pick for rounds 11 & 12.
I'm not going to post the new round, or flip, until the morning. To try and let stuff catch up. I'll see where we are in the morning, and work on it.

Right, here's the deal. I'll post the next round, and do the flip. Greg, George and JV still need to catch up. As such, I'm making a ruling. They have two rounds to get caught up on this, then people are getting ejected. I AM HARSH I KNOW GET OVER IT. So, by end of round 14, and then bye bye. If people have contact details for them, let's get on them and let them know.

ROUND 13: The Lazy Round
I'm feeling lazy for this round. Pick an Attitude Era (King Of The Ring 1996 to May 6, 2002) WWF Champion. YOU CAN PICK SOMEONE WHO WAS ALREADY CHAMPION WHEN THE ERA STARTED. All belts are applicable, including any WCW belts defended in WWF as part of the Invasion storyline (WCW Champions can only be picks from the Invasion Era (Invasion 2001 to May 6, 2002)).
GO. PAIGE, YOU'RE UP.

Nick, the randomiser chose you.
You got Heads. So you lose.
It's hard to pick someone off your roster. So I took an easy one.
Bye bye Shinya Hashimoto.
Hello Henry O. Godwinn, the father of former FCW talent Buck Dixon.
Enjoy.

So I'm writing this on my iPod because I am currently stuck at work. Don't worry, I'm in the back room so I can't get caught. Yay me!
ANYWHO....my choice for Attitude Era champion is...TOO FREAKING EASY!! Shawn Michaels.

I'm bored of waiting for Nick to pick, so I'm picking for him. He will be taking DA RAWK.

Let's see if I can get creative;
Did you know the WWF Light Heavyweight Title existed before 1997? It was created as part of a business agreement between the WWF and the Universal Wrestling Association in Mexico. When the UWA closed, the WWF allowed New Japan Pro Wrestling to operate the title. There it became part of the 8-belt Supertitle known as the J-Crown, and it was held from 1/4/97 to 7/6/97 by Jushin Liger.
Of course, if that doesn't count, I'll just go with IC/Tag/WCW US Champion Edge.

Nice try with Liger, but no dice. Same rule applies as there as does to the WCW titles (just didn't think about the LH title when listing out the minutiae.)
Edge is totally fine though.

Nevermind. I had a great pick, but about 3 weeks prevented me from taking him.
So Billy Kidman it is.
