Character Info
Name: Kevin Hardaway
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 229 lbs.
Hometown: Baltimore, Maryland
Alignment: +2 (Won't be stopped in using tactics to get an advantage, and his character is one of a smack-talker, but mostly a decent guy who if you treat him with the respect he wants, he'll give it back to you. You don't like him, he doesn't like you.)
ENTRANCE MUSIC: "No End in Sight" by Killswitch Engage
ENTRANCE THEME:
Physical Appearance:
Tom Hardy (Actor; Warrior)
Ring Attire:
-Wrestling trunks. A red stripe down the middle in the front, with a winged skull on the back of his tights that's red. Wears boots and kickpads.
-Wrist tape on both hands, with usually a word or a name written on there during every match. It's usually random. A black guard on his left arm, based off an incident where he gave the Decap Lariat to the back of someone's head so hard that he popped a nerve in there. He's had surgery on it back in April, but he still uses the guard for character.
Gimmick:
A high-touting veteran who is still looking to get back in the swing of things after a personal leave of absence back in the summer of 2013.
Personality:
Being a veteran, he knows his way around the ring, but with being a veteran, he can be a little cynical of the current generation of wrestlers. But for the most part, he keeps his edge to himself and is usually a chill guy to be around. Of course he follows a code of respect. You want to come up to him and be a dick, he'll probably make sure you get what's coming. If you're cool with things and keep a respectful vibe to him, he'll give it back to you. He wants to make sure everybody gets off an equal vibe to him.
List up to three strengths of your character; they can be in-ring related, personality related, whatever you think helps define your character:
1.
His passion. Being in the ring for as long as he has, he knows the in's and out's of getting the adrenaline when it's the most needed. This is his life, his calling card, his dream. He makes sure to give it 110% every show and every match he wrestles in.
2.
Durability. Once again, the experience that he carries makes his stamina harder and longer than some people. He's been in every type of match imaginable and has dealt with some of the worst injuries known to man. This is a person who has dealt with the nagging pain in his arm from a lariat to the back of the head yet worked a 60-minute Iron Man match weeks after healing from surgery. He can last.
3.
A cynical opinion. He's not afraid to tell it like it is, to anybody out there. He has a strong opinion from being a veteran and some of the people he runs across can rub him the wrong way and he's known for being rather cynical. Which can be a good thing...then again.
List up to three weaknesses of your character:
1.
A cynical opinion. He's known for running his mouth way too often at times, and usually his mouth can get him into trouble, whether it'd be on Twitter or in the ring itself. He's not afraid to tell it like it is, to anybody out there like he said. It can be a problem though. While he loves working with most people (even if he can't stand him), he still has a blacklist.
2.
Family issues. He's not in a broken home or anything, nor does he have problem on that front. Just recently married for a second time with a 5-year old daughter from his first wife. Just don't give him a bad vibe towards his family. Especially his first wife, who died from cancer back in 2011. That causes trouble.
3.
Weak spots. Like mentioned, while having surgery on his wrist, it still gives him trouble from time to time. Definitely a weak spot for anybody. Other spots include his right hip, which has a scar on it from a match where somebody used a weed whacker (don't ask; it was the LAST of working the death matches) almost causing his small intestines to flow out. He's not Glass Joe, but he's definitely no Piston Honda.
Biography:
A world-traveler. A veteran. Kevin Hardaway has pretty much done it all. Yet, there's always a lost piece of him...a personal demon that always lives inside him daily. We never really know what that is though. Wrestling is his passion. His family is his passion. Yet, there's always that missing piece. After being fired by Pro-Wrestling FRONTIER during the last show of 2012, he immediately joined Frontier Grappling Arts at their last show of 2012 (ironically after feuding with the promotion; a change of heart getting Hardaway to change his mind) and has enjoyed a hit-or-miss career there so far in 2013. After a few month absence to get married for a second time, he's ready to get back in the ring. What better way to do it then with EXODUS.
Maybe he'll beat the demon that's inside of him.

ENTRANCE THEME:
The house lights go out in the arena as the opening of "No End in Sight" by Killswitch Engage starts up and the lyrics kick on.
"The age of the old vision has passed away,
The birth of a new way
This is confrontation!"
Strobe lights begin to go insane when the vocals blare out of the sound system as Kevin Hardaway appears in the entry way. The crowd is thrilled seeing him as Kevin inhales before he makes his way down the ring. A few hands get slapped away as once Kevin is at ringside, he hops up on the ring apron. The lights are back to normal as they enter the ring as he heads to the nearest turnbuckle and goes up to the top buckle. Some take pictures as he steps down, inhaling once more as he does the same thing on the other side of the ring before backing into the corner as he then waits for the match to begin as his entrance song fades off.
