Character Info
Name: William Darlington
Height: 6'3
Weight: 250 lbs
Hometown: London, England
Alignment: -2. While William certainly has the capacity to be a good, genuine person, his personality and upbringing makes for a much better heel persona.
Entrance Music: "Brandenberg Concerto #3" -J.S Bach (Sped up: www.youtube.com/watch?v=lhXHMzSOK5c)
Entrance Description:
Physical Appearance: Paul Walker*
(see endnote)
Ring Attire: Wears white wrestling trunks with matching white boots and elbow pads. Often, the boots are marked with the Union Jack.
Gimmick: British nobility.
Personality: The Darlington family is extremely old-fashioned in their mannerisms and child-rearing, which has made William a caricature of sorts of English life. William's personality is shaped by a world of political treachery, familial tensions, and the fact that he's been pitched headfirst from a sheltered wealthy English life to a modern-America where nobody really gives a shit and just thinks he's a guy that talks funny.
List up to three strengths of your character; they can be in-ring related, personality related, whatever you think helps define your character:
1. Strategist - William is a naturally intelligent individual, but his recent training has helped him to unlock his potential to be a true master of psychology, both in and out of the ring.
2. Thuggish - William was a skilled rugby player, and may have gone pro if he hadn't found his knack for wrestling. He utilizes his skill at rugby in the ring.
3. Intense Determination - When William sets his sights on something, it's extremely difficult, if not impossible, to tear him from it. This can turn into a curse as well (see below).
List up to three weaknesses of your character:
1. Prone to Anger - William's downfall is his tendency to snap and lash out if things are going downhill. Out of the ring, this can cause obvious issues. In the ring, it tends to lead to mistakes as he's blinded by rage.
2. Condescending - The man naturally assumes he's better than anyone he comes across. If he doesn't take an opponent as seriously as he should, this can be problematic.
3. Zealous Determination - It is near impossible to break William's spirit. This can spell disaster when his mind demands something his body physically cannot take.
Biography: William was born to the wealthy Darlington household, where he was taught the prim and proper ways of English nobility. While the Darlington's had long been wealthy, it was his father, Arthur Darlington II who had raised the family name to new heights through an international shipping business. William's mother was never around; she died during childbirth bringing William's younger brother into the world. William was only two. Arthur Darlington passed when William was thirteen, leaving the family fortune to him, and leaving William orphaned. From there, he was taken in by the Daringtons' close family friend, Lord Edward Blackwell, and there William stayed until he was of age. Under Blackwing's roof, William learned to play rugby, and found he had a knack for it, becoming the star player of the county league, while Edward's son, Ian, made a name as a wrestler. When Ian introduced William to the sport, William found it was very easy to incorporate his rugby skills into a wresting style, and together, he and Ian made quite a name on the British independent scene. Shortly after, Ian looked to America, where he believed greater fame awaited him. The Blackwings, Darlington, and Blackwing's associate, Duke Reginald Chesterfield, head out to the US, where they were quickly signed on and made their mark as the Right Honourable Gentlemen. After a short run, the team disbanded, and none of the old RHG have been seen since...until now.
Wrestling Style: William is primarily a brawler, but is very efficient with throws and pure mat wrestling. He rarely, if ever, utilizes an aerial style.

* - I listed Paul Walker because that was the base I used the last time I ran the Darlington character. Due to Walker's recent passing, though, I completely understand if this is an issue. If so, I'll gladly change this to Stephen Amell (or, if there's a better suggestion, I'd love to hear it. I hadn't given much thought to this).

Entrance Description:
As the classical music hits, William saunters out onto the stage, one hand held behind his back, the other at his stomach, looking around at the audience. He smiles at his own music, briefly moving his front hand back and forth as though conducting a symphony, before returning to his proper stance and heading towards the ring. He slowly walks down the ramp, occasionally stopping to stare at a fan, shaking his head sadly. William climbs up onto the apron, and gently kneels on it for a moment. He crosses himself briefly before stepping between the ropes into the ring. Here, he stands, his arms held neatly behind his back, awaiting the beginning of the match.
