Ring Attire: Shozo keeps it simple. White trunks with the word "Future" across the back in Kanji. Black boots, and black tape on his wrists.
Gimmick: The potential future of Strong Style trying to live up to that expectation.
Personality: Shozo is a quite focused man, who occasionally comes off as obsessed regarding his training to reach the potential his teacher sees in him as the future of Strong Style. At times a rebellious streak has a habit of popping up. He is, for some reason, slow to accept friendships, but once he does, he latches onto them fiercely. Talk of family leaves him uncomfortable. He handles the intense pressure he feels on himself differently from day to day, some days he uses it to let him focus on his goals, and others it seems to drag him down to the floor.
List up to three strengths of your character; they can be in-ring related, personality related, whatever you think helps define your character:
1. A Life of Training: One thing he has over a number of others in his class is just how long he's been training. Years and years of it has exposed Shozo to many different ideas and techniques that he's added to his arsenal. In short, he's far more prepared for what people can throw at him than people might think.
2. Endurance: As a student who's trained for years under Papa Arino, his endurance is second to none in his class.
3. Potential: Despite his shortcomings, there is a reason that he's been taught by the people he has been, and that's his potential. Papa Arino truly believes he can become the future of Strong Style, and that potential has a habit of appearing in matches in moments of need.
List up to three weaknesses of your character:
1. Something to prove: Shozo clearly lives under a large amount of pressure, having been trained by who he has, and it shows. Shozo is constantly on the lookout on ways to prove himself and "cement his legacy", and this can easily cloud his mind at times and keep him from advancing forward.
2. Number 2: Out of the Japanese students in his class, Shozo is just not quite up to them. He's not as strong as Shinji or Duke, nor does he possess Duke's speed and his technical skills don't match with Shinji.
3. Under Pressure: Again, the amount of pressure Shozo feels on himself is immense, and people can only take that kind of pressure for so long before they make mistakes.
Athletic Background: He played some basketball in high school, but it's pretty much just wrestling.
Biography: Shozo is the most recent "main" student of the legendary Papa Arino, who has been working on Shozo for some years now, and he now has the oppurtunity to live up to his potential. That is all that is important.

The opening strings of "Anti Gravity" by Lindsey Sterling hits, heralding the arrival of Shozo, as he steps out onto the stage, standing still a moment, looking up at the bright lights above.
David Zinkus: From Bunkyo, Tokyo, Japan, he is weighing in at 205lbs....this is SHOZO!
He closes his eyes, lets a breath out, and nods, before beginning to walk down the ramp, nodding his head to the music. He slides into the ring and makes his way to a corner, leaning against it waiting for the bell to ring.
