We open up the show with Champion Brando Martial standing in the center of the ring, "The Hand That Feeds" in the background as we pan to a group of stage crewmen at ringside next to a silk veiled object readily waiting, then cutting over to our champion microphone in hand hugging his title waiting for his music to fade before greeting the audience.
Brando Martial: Ladies and Gentlemen. Welcome to (R)Evolution-Pro. I would like to open our show first, for apologizing on behalf of my roster for the delay this week. As more informed fans may know a majority of talent took it upon themselves this past Monday to commandeer an Oscar Mayer® Weinermobile... And drive it to Las Vegas.
He stares deadpan into the camera as he waits for the cheers to subside.
Brando Martial: I myself did not participate in this, nor would I have wanted to. And I am certainly not proud of it; as a sensible human being.
The crowd boos. Again, rolling his eyes this time, the champion waits.
Brando Martial: But! As planned we are still offering a special show for you on our milestone tenth installment. I'm sure it will be an exciting event for all watching, and a true test for the talent participating. Tonight is one long event, to decide who is most deserving to step up and face me for my World Heavyweight Championship.
A Gauntlet. From one challenger to the last survivor. Barring me, everyone on the Rev-Pro roster will be out here between these ropes tonight fighting as long as they humanly can until only one is left in the ring with their hand held high to be declared my Number One Contender to fight for my Championship.
He raises up the title, presenting it to the crowd.
Brando Martial: There will be little time for rest in this near endless succession of tribulations for all involved and whoever survives it will prove they are strong enough to make the challenge, just as I proved at Ascension through Shinji that I was strong enough to defend my title. Making this a true fight of the fittest.
The champion smiles as he looks over to the veiled surprise.
Brando Martial: Fortunately for me, however! Being champion, I get to enjoy a well earned day of rest. And like you, I will get to enjoy the show as a spectator. Unlike you though, I will get the seat fitting only the highest pedigree performer and highest caliber of champion!
He gestures to the crew who unveil a large, ostentatious golden throne. The crowd seems to get a kick out of it as they cheer on for the throne. This pleases Mr. Martial.
Brando Martial: Yes. When you are on the level that I am, you do get to enjoy the finer things. Normally I don't like to take such lavish expenses. I am a more Conservative minded person after all!
The mere word "Conservative" sparks a vitriolic reaction amongst the college regulars. This makes Brando laugh uncontrollable as he shakes his head at them.
Brando Martial: Tonight, let us celebrate endurance! Let us celebrate tenacity, dedication, strength, blood, sweat, tears! This is a time to honor the cream as we watch them rise to the top! Let's hear it for Rev-Pro, and let's hear it for our challengers, for our inevitable contender! And most of all for our Champion!
He raises the title up and drops the microphone as the crowd cheers ready for the games to begin once Brando exits the ring and assumes his spot on the throne as his music once again plays.

GAUNTLET MATCH TO DETERMINE NUMBER 1 CONTENDER TO (R)EVOLUTION WRESTLING TITLE We get this gauntlet started off with the struggling Candace Rockerfeller meeting the shockingly successful Venus. It did not go well for Venus. Despite charging at Venus and laying into her with quick lefts and rights, Venus responded by kicking her in the gut and nailing the Fame Monster to quickly earn a submission victory. ELIMINATED: CANDACE ROCKERFELLER After Candace was removed from the ring and Venus' people had a chance to freshen her back up, out came Dina Bryce as the third person to enter this gauntlet. It went about as well as you would expect. Dina leapt onto the ropes and tried to nail a crossbody right at the start, only for Venus to move out of the way and drop an unfair double foot stomp to the back of Dina's head. Dina made an attempt to recover from that, but Venus would not relent and soon enough, the Fame Monster struck again and earned Venus another victory. ELIMINATED: DINA BRYCE

Immediately as the bell rings Venus springs to action trying to take control laying into Devan. She pounds blow after blow into her to get her on the ropes before sending her off with an irish whip. Whitmore comes flying back with a crossbody. She keeps the pressure on with a headlock, Venus breaks free pulling on Devan's hair. She tries to come in with the bulldog lariat but Whitmore ducks and comes around with a wicked clothesline, clubbing over Venus and covering her for a two. She takes her over and slips in a half crab. Venus cries out, but scrambles for the ropes where Devan secures the hold for a 3 count out of five. She takes up the struggling Venus and sets her up for Han Shot First but Venus rakes her eyes. She reels back where Venus bounds her off the ropes into a momentum packed rollup, clutching the tights for a three count. Brando looks unamused as he sarcastically applauds. Venus catches onto this and sarcastically blows him a kiss. ELIMINATED: DEVAN WHITMORE Brando immediately livens up as Aries Reed comes rushing in, getting up off his seat and cheering on. Venus doesn't take well to his hurried pace into the match nor Brando's sudden burst of enthusiasm and decides to shut it down by denying Reed his opening surge with an authoritative scissor kick. She mounts him and begins raining down fists and a headbutt, causing Brando to boo loudly. She hesitates for a moment and tries pulling Reed up who begins giving her shots to the ribs. She delivers a few back, but when it was clear he would win the exchange she clips gives him a clean knee to the face before hiking up onto his shoulders, going for a frankensteiner but as she reclines back Aries keeps his hold, hoisting her back up and tossing her off, she lands on her feet but Aries takes the momentum, catching her by the hair and yanking her into a facebuster. She flops over and he makes the pin, taking away a two count. Brando cheers out, praising his boy Aries he smiles and nods, dragging her into the middle of the ring where he locks her back in the half crab. She fights her way up, dragging herself and pulling her way to the ropes. Aries lifts her up, and begins to pull her back much to Brando's approval but in the process Venus seizes the chance, shifting her way into Aries' heels and tries to cradle him up in another rollup predicament. Wise to this Reed barrels out and takes her over, hoisting her up and throwing her away with a T-Bone suplex, rolling his way into a pin he snatches up the three count where Brando stands up out of his seat and emphatically claps. ELIMINATED: VENUS

Aries is fired up after his win, and Brando is glowing over it as well as he takes a manager's spot hunched over the apron for him. Ana comes in but Aries quickly overtakes her, grappling her down and tossing her over into a schoolboy which he kicks quickly out of only for Aries to catch her with a flush kick to the collar bone flopping her back onto the mat. He kicks her a few more times before going for the cloverleaf, but she struggles against him and gets a heel kick to his nose sending him back into the corner where Brando rushes over and begins coaching him. Anastasia comes rushing in, hooking Aries' head and running up the turnbuckle looking for a shiranui, but Reed flips her onto his shoulders and rushing center of the ring giving her a hard death valley driver and collapses on top of her. It seems close but she throws her shoulder up half past two. Aries' eyes shoot open, he looks to Brando who is beating on the apron impatiently. He hoists her up, lifting her up but she rotates out of it and scissors onto his neck, throwing him away with a hurricanrana. Aries flops about, retreating in the corner where Brando begins berating him to get back on her before she begins her assault. She pulls him back center with an arm drag, then bounds off the ropes and throws him down with a reverse bulldog bringing him back to the corner of the opposite side. He holds his chest, not aware she's taken to the top rope and brings him back to the mat with a legdrop bulldog. She goes for the pin, catching a two count. Aries drags himself into the corner once again, where Brando watches intently, almost positioning Aries. Ana enthusiastically plays to the crowd before coming in hot on the seated Reed looking for a Cannonball, as she flips forward Brando catches Aries and yanks him over out of the way on the apron as she throws herself into the corner and wrenches about in agony. The ref goes to call out Brando but he calls for Reed, pushing him back into action as Reed collects Anastasia and throws her away with the T-Bone. Brando backs up and orders for the ref to do his job as Aries snatches up the pin, netting that three count. Brando applauds, cheering on as the rest of the crowd boos. ELIMINATED: ANASTASIA STARLING Brando's mood immediately sours the minute Eve's music hits. Aries sinks back into the corner to catch his breath as she comes in, ready to bring hell with her. She doesn't let Reed breathe for a second once she gets in the ring, lunging into him and kicking him furiously in the corner. The ref steps into the assault, Brando screaming for him to do his job as he separates Eve with a count of three letting Aries cautiously toe the ropes along Brando's section as he yells for him to get in there an kill her. He shakes his head and rushes into a tie up, able to scramble around her and drop her by the toe onto the mat, getting her into a headlock. He hears the order to choke her out, ready to do so as she feels the area around the mat, pushing them both up into a standing position before pushing him forward and the ropes. They bounce back, Eve tumbling over with him but keeping a hold of his waist as they come back up, using their momentum to throw him overhead with a crisp German suplex into the middle of the ring. Brando begins spitting out obscenities at her, trying to distract her as she smirks at him, slithering over Reed and hooking his leg for a pin. She never breaks eye contact, right through the point where Reed gets his shoulder up she takes his head and pulls him up still looking at Brando until she gets him into position for a suplex lift, intending to drop him down with a brainbuster until Aries slips off, shoving her at the ropes and smashing her head with a leaping clothesline as she returns. On his knees, he looks top Brando who is ordering him to get up and keep going until she's a red smear. As she pulls herself up Aries sends her back down with a dropkick, taking the time to collect himself despite Brando's outbursts before returning to the offensive and laying kicks on her. He snatches her up, grabbing her in for another T-Bone as it hadn't failed him yet only for Eve to snatch him with a DDT by the ropes. She leers out Brando as she rolls Aries over for the cover. The two of them face to face, beaming at each other mere inches away as the ref makes the count, just barely past two Aries throws his foot up and Brando scoffs at her before spitting in her face. Eve rises up, wiping his spit clean off and rolls out under the bottom rope after him. He begins to back up, pitching insults at her as she begins to laugh in amusement as she got ready to lay into his smug face finally. Aries groggily gets the ref's attention, begging him to check on him for a concussion as the two exchange heated words outside. Brando dares Eve to come prove herself after the match, holding the belt up saying "COME TAKE IT!" and then pointing for her to get back in the ring to prove it. She flips her hair at him, remarking that it's always another time with him, and that he's still all talk before turning to go back in the ring. Brando leers at her, and brashly grabs at her and tears at her clothing. She freezes in utter shock as most of her skin is exposed. The Champion laughs, thinking he'd simply ruined her outfit and humiliated her but he does a double take. Underneath the fabric, along her wrists, along her elbows, along her shoulders were elaborate scars. Scars on her neck, and intermittent on her back. Then, half exposed was the large section along her abdomen. Brando goes white, Aries' eyes widen, the Ref turns his attention back to her none the wiser of Brando's actions. Eve is frozen, beginning to quiver and shake as she looks over her arms at what was revealed. She turns to look right at Brando, her eyes wild, maddened, even slightly hurt as she begins to shriek at him. Her expression growing more furious with each banshee like howl and every step she took toward him and he took away from her. Finally she wailed out his name, her eyes blistering with a deep burning anger as she surged after Brando, who immediately turned tail and began bolting away in a flash. She is in hot pursuit screaming bloody murder that she would kill him, Aries frantically telling the Ref to make the count as she chased him through the aisle up the ramp to the stage. She was far gone following Brando past the curtain by the time the Ref reached seven, and was never planning to come back by ten as she focused on trying to disembowel and decapitate the champion, forcing the ref to call it for Aries. ELIMINATED: EVE

Reed was standing tall after his previous "elimination," looking ready to take on anyone. Knowing that it was anyone waiting for him, even his new rival Carey Dean, he was even more prepared the minute he heard "Sail" by DevilDriver, bringing out Kylar Stark! The renewed Stark looked more dangerous than ever, making a beeline straight for the ring and starting a brawl immediately with Reed! Reed has never been a stranger to a fight and held his own against Stark, showing a renewed sense of fire and vigor. The fight continued, and Aries almost pulled an elimination by hitting the Chaos Theory on Stark, only getting a two. Reed looked ready to go, and after missing a standing side kick, Stark bounced off the ropes and landed a massive Silk City Necktie that turned Reed inside out! Without hesitation, Stark hooked the leg and picked up the victory, but the crowd knew one thing after this and Ascendancy: Reed's stock was heavily on the rise. ELIMINATED: ARIES REED Stark continued to pace around in wait, inching closer to the ropes to dare an opponent come out when “Seagulls Over Rhinoceros Bay (Part II)” by Foxy Shazam starts to play! The crowd is unsure what to make of the debuting Oliver Creed, but there he is, and as he approaches the ring and enters, Stark looks at him like he's ready to fight, but once the bell rings, the newcomer simply smirks and steps out of the ring, walking off and letting himself get counted out. The crowd seems stunned, but Creed simply smirks at Stark, simply shouting something about it being a peace offering from friends, leaving Stark even further stunned at what transpired. ELIMINATED: OLIVER CREED

Stark continued in wait, perking up when "Rebel Yell" by Billy Idol started, Carlton Winslow running down. He knew what he had to do, especially knowing his lack of success as of late. Carlton ran down the aisle and entered the ring like a house of fire, gaining the advantage thanks to the surprise he had over Stark with his sudden urge to be super aggressive. The crowd was starting to get behind Winslow, itching to see him take down this monster, but there was far more left in the tank of Stark. After a missed Young Gun Stun Gun, Stark whipped Winslow around again and nailed a huge variation of the NBK! Quickly getting Winslow up, the man quickly whipped him to the ropes and nailed another Silk City Necktie! Again, Stark picks up an elimination, and Stark gets up, looking like he was ready to go the distance! ELIMINATED: CARLTON WINSLOW Stark continued to pace around, looking and waiting to see who would come next, almost smirking when he heard "Musical Chairs" by Fair to Midland. Tom Higashikata burst out through the curtain first, and there stood (R)Evolution Wrestling's newest star, Carey Dean! Throwing off his sleeveless hoodie, he made his way into the ring and took no time in starting a brawl with one of the top brawlers in RW! The two continued to fight, starting to roll to the outside, but this was certainly no good looking match. Both of them took it to the outside, and as soon as Stark could, he whipped Dean into the rails, quickly hitting a huge NBK to almost KO Dean on his feet! He quickly tried to throw Carey back into the ring, but Dean took him out by his legs and began throwing fists with him, proving that the young man could hold his own against the toughest man in the company! Stark and Dean almost got counted out, but the two made it back into the ring by 9, and Carey tried to continue the strong fight, only for Stark to hit a huge knee to the gut that gave him the advantage. With Dean reeling, Stark went for a Silk City Necktie, Dean ducked and hit his huge Struck A Nerve out of nowhere! Dean got up and let out a huge scream before coming at Stark with a sudden ferocity, hitting a massive second Struck A Nerve before picking him up and dropping him with the Heart Shaped Box for the pin and the massive upset! Dean moves on in the gauntlet and the crowd is starting to get firmly behind The Son of Disaster! ELIMINATED: KYLAR STARK

Carey starts pacing around, slapping his face a little to keep himself in that zone he currently happens to be in, a huge jeer at the sound of "100 Black Coffins" by Rick Ross. The grin on Carey's face can hardly be contained when he sees who it is, and he instantly leaves the ring to go right after Deacon Jeremiah! Jerry Matthews' emissary meets Carey halfway, their first encounter since Carey's crashing of RW several weeks ago. Jeremiah and Carey continue to brawl, finally with Dean throwing Jeremiah into the ring. The two continue the fight, Jeremiah starting to get the upper hand on Carey. The Deacon wasn't afraid to break the rules, choking out the smaller man at times, finally hoisting him up and dropping him with a Last Rites! The Deacon went for a pin and shockingly only got a two, leaving him angry and more determined than ever to smash the young man. Picking him up and throwing him into the corner, he charges into try a splash, but Dean manages to hit the Empire Strikes First, all before climbing the turnbuckle and hitting the Honest Goodbye! Dean starts to look angry, sizing up Jeremiah after a fist drop, and he calls over to Tom, who starts to pull from his jacket Carey's now infamous pipe! Holding it up like he was revealing a major prize, Tom is stunned when someone from behind grabs it! It's nobody we've seen before, but Carey instantly recognizes them and turns his attention from Jeremiah. Shouting "YOU FUCKING BITCH!" toward the girl, flanked by two others, Carey goes to try to help Tom before having to watch Tom get smashed across the head with the pipe a few times by the blonde who seems to be now trying to choke the life out of him. With a lot of confusion between helping his friend/manager and finishing off Jeremiah, he's looking between both of them. When it seems like he's ready to go help Tom, he gets quickly rolled up in a surprise move by Jeremiah, getting pinned and eliminated! Stunned, Carey tries to go after the Deacon for a moment before he realizes they're still here. Hopping out of the ring, he tries to give chase to the trio of girls before realizing what shape Tom is in. Quickly screaming for a medic, Carey stands with Tom as the two are now joined by another blonde girl who seems to be looking out for the same trio as they keep watch over RW's resident mastermind manager. ELIMINATED: CAREY DEAN Deacon was still reeling from Carey's high octane offense when he heard the sound of "Painted Windows" by Authority Zero, Deacon stumbling to get back to his feet as Coyote made his way down. After a moment, Coyote stopped at the ringside area, both he and Dean exchanging glances, all before Coyote stepped in and went after Jeremiah. He had no intention of letting up on the advantage given to him and began aggressively going after Robinson all as the medics went to check up on Tom. The blonde that suddenly came up to check on Tom looked at Carey and insisted "She was with them!" as Carey tried to help the medics get Tom off his feet and onto a stretcher to get him checked out. Meanwhile, Coyote and Deacon continued to fight, each of them trading blow for blow as the fight went on. A missed lariat from the Deacon and Coyote nailed a Coyote Suplex, looking to get himself ready to win! He started to attempt the Call of the Wild, but a thumb to the eye from Jeremiah gave him the advantage again as they began to brawl, but Deacon took an advantage by twisting Coyote's mask, blinding him. The referee went to attend to Coyote to help him with the mask, giving the perfect opportunity for Carey Dean to return with his pipe in hand and bash Jeremiah over the head with it! The big man started to stumble and Coyote was able to lift the Deacon for the Call of the Wild and the pin! ELIMINATED: DEACON JEREMIAH ROBINSON

Coyote's victory celebration was cut short at the sound of "Demons" by Tech N9NE and the arrival of Chaos! There's been no love lost as of late with the two men, and the two were quick to continue their feud from where it has left off in recent weeks. Coyote and Chaos didn't fail to immediately start attacking one another, their fight spilling out around the ringside area. Coyote whipped Chaos toward the steel post, but the enigmatic grappler reversed it, blood starting to stain the mask of the Silent Warrior. It didn't take long for Coyote to get up though, knowing he wasn't just going to go down like that against the Assassin of Disorder. Getting up, he instantly started pummeling Chaos, even going as far as headbutting the man repeatedly until it was at least assumed Chaos was bleeding himself. Both men were too busy fighting and intent on taking out the other for good, neither of them noticed they were both counted out! ELIMINATED: COYOTE ELIMINATED: CHAOS

After that giant brawl, we switch from the commentary table to the ring, where the fans inside the gym are anxiously awaiting the start of the next match. Their anticipation is diminished somewhat when they see the svelte figure of Cleon Grey’s assistant Brianna Singer. Her blonde hair is straightened perfectly and falls past her shoulders, onto the crisp black blazer of her skirt suit. Her black heels click down the aisle as her brown eyes narrow as she approaches the ring. Climbing the steps, she steps between the bottom and middle ropes and walks over to David Zinkus. Taking the microphone from him, she walks to the center of the ring and waits for the crowd to calm down before she speaks.
Brianna Singer: If you were expecting a match right now, forget it. I am out here to address something. What I want is for every single person on the (R)Evolution roster to come down to this ring right now!
The crowd boos, everyone stirring and...nobody walks out. Brianna purses her lips together and raises the mic once more.
Brianna Singer: Maybe I didn’t make it clear. Every (R)Evolution wrestler is to come out to this ring right now!!
Again...NOTHING. Nope. Nada. Zilch. Minoru has even given Brianna the finger, followed by taking a shot in celebration.Brianna tries to steady her breathing as she speaks once more.
Brianna Singer: Let me spell it out for you. If you insolent children do not come down to this ring RIGHT NOW, then you will be forced to suffer the consequences of your arrogance. In short, I will see to it that each and every one of you are FIRED on the spot!
Slowly, the roster slowly starts filing out from the back, all of them starting to look nervous. Thanks to the group of them looking nervous, Darrin Stearns gets up from the commentary table and ask for David’s mic upon entering, starting to look a little more irritated at Cleon’s “teacher’s pet.”
Darrin Stearns: You know, if I didn’t make myself clear two weeks ago, I run (R)Evolution Wrestling. Do you care to explain why the hell you’re trying to intimidate the students here?
Brianna shows no sign of being intimidated by Darrin as she looks him dead in the eyes.
Brianna Singer Let me educate you, Darrin. You see, these students are eventual representatives of EXODUS. We want people who are going to represent the company with respect. Your children down here? They are some of the most disrespectful and undisciplined people on the planet. This simply can not happen. You are responsible for their actions.
Darrin sighs, rubbing his face for a moment before he looks at Brianna, shaking his head.
Darrin Stearns: Brianna, what the hell are you are you talking about? What did these kids do? They did the right thing. All of them are being taught how to respect the business and their fellow man and you blame them? I want evidence! Also, you’re the last person to talk about undisciplined...I smell fruit roll up on your mouth.
The fans let out a loud ‘OOOOOOOOOO’ as Brianna simply rolls her eyes.
Brianna Singer: Clever, Darrin. You want evidence? I’ll give you evidence.
She looks out at the assembled wrestlers and points at Shinji Uchikawa and Shozo.
Brianna Singer: Those two failed to adhere to Cleon Grey’s ordered punishment during a certain match between Daisuke and Sydney. Good God Shozo, you could have at least TRIED to follow directions. Apparently you can’t even do that correctly.
She shifts her gaze from the duo and focuses on Sydney Christensen.
Brianna Singer: And you. You sticking your nose in business that CLEARLY doesn’t concern you. I don’t care if you were doing the right thing or not. The fact of the matter remains that you showed upon an EXODUS show UNINVITED and decided to stick yourself into a match all on your own. If you keep up this string of misadventures and not following orders, then I will make your dream of joining the main roster nonexistent. Kind of like what happened in the SWC.
Brianna smirks as Sydney stands there, a slightly angered look crossing her face. Her attention focuses on Black Jones who stands there rather cockily.
Brianna Singer: And you. You embarrassed just about everyone around you. You interfered in the Main event, nearly costing the RIGHTFUL champion, the preferred champion of the Headmaster his title. Not only that, but you were perpetuating racial stereotypes earlier in the show. Way to go, Black. You embarassed your peers, your family and even your mother. You must feel SO proud.
The crowd pops as Black gets up on the apron, eliciting cheers from the crowd and a loud “BLACK JONES! BLACK JONES!” chant all for him as he looks at her and waves while Darrin laughs.
Darrin Stearns: Let me guess, you’re mad about the wiener too.
Brianna Singer: THEY STOLE PROPERTY! HOW CAN YOU NOT SEE IT??
She shouts as her blood pressure starts to rise. Instantly, Darrin starts to laugh as he looks at her, eyebrow raised and smirking.
Darrin Stearns: Oh….
Darrin realizes that he’s caught in this situation and sighs.
Darrin Stearns: ...I wish I were an Oscar Mayer wiener, ‘cause that is what I’d truly like to be…
Instantly, the crowd begins to sing along with Darrin, including half of the roster, starting to slam their hands on the apron to urge on Darrin’s instigating of Brianna.
Darrin Stearns: AND IF I WERE AN OSCAR MEYER WIENER, THEN EVERYONE WOULD BE IN LOVE WITH ME!
The crowd begins to pop as he listens to namely Section B begin a “WIENER! WIENER!” chant all while he looks at her.
Darrin Stearns: I think the audience has exonerated these kids, Bri.
Between the crowd following along with Darrin’s singing and his smirk was almost too much for Brianna to handle as she rears her right hand back and smacks it hard against Darrin’s cheek. The impact was enough to cause his head to snap back for a few seconds. Brianna continues to yell at Darrin, and he looks up in time to see her reach to slap him again...BUT HE CATCHES HER HAND! Darrin quickly puts her in a hammerlock before pulling her into an inverted headlock, looking for his legendary Into The Ashes finisher...but another person hops up onto the apron...Sydney Christensen?! The Canadian steps through the ropes and holds her hands out at Darrin, almost telling him to let her go. She reaches down and grabs the mic that had fallen to the mat.
Sydney Christensen: Please Darrin, allow me.
Darrin looks up at Sydney, seemingly surprised as he lets go of the woman, almost pushing her in Syd’s direction. Picking up the microphone again, he seems genuinely stunned that she would ask this.
Darrin Stearns: Syd...what’s going on?
Sydney Christensen: This…..this is somewhat personal.
She drops the microphone and stares at Brianna, who is trying to get her bearings together. Sydney looks at her before whirling around, nailing Brianna with a discus clothesline. The crowd is shocked for a second but they soon erupt into loud cheers as Sydney looks down at the fallen assistant.
Darrin Stearns: You...I like you! Play her music, Skynet?
“Path Less Taken” by Taproot begins and Darrin smiles at The North Star, lifting her hand in victory as he starts motioning for the kids to return and start preparing for the second half of the gauntlet.[/b]

After that unpleasant interruption from Brianna Singer, the crowd came alive at the sight of Brando Martial reappearing from backstage. The champion makes his way back to his throne, casting a wary glance behind himself before resuming his seat. It's only a moment later that he's out of it and cheering as the sound of a remix of the 300 Violin Orchestra by Jorge Quintero, keeping Phillippe Bertrand out in the ringside area! Waiting to see what was coming next, "Canto 34" by Five Finger Death Punch played, signalling the arrival of Naoki Arishima! Arishima made his way into the ring and the match was on! Bertrand had been building some momentum as of late, and it was clear his efforts had caught the eye of the champ. The two met in the center of the ring and the match was on! Arishima's size difference started to play a factor in the match early, both of them jockeying for position. The match was balanced, each of them able to display their skills in their own unique fashion. A well timed French uppercut hit Arishima, which gave Bertrand a chance to hit a Tiger Suplex '85, which had Bertrand start prepping to hit From France Without Love! Bertrand went for it, but Arishima floated over and hit the Lightning Blade! Quickly locking in the Shimen Soka, Bertrand did his best to hold on, only to wind up passing out and getting eliminated! Arishima came out took everything Bertrand could offer, and once more, The French Renaissance man proved that he was a man on the rise in RW. ELIMINATED: PHILIPPE BERTRAND

It was a clash of the Japanese stars as Naoki looked to make a statement against one half of the team many consider favorites to win the Tag Team championships, the impressive Shizuka Yoshida. Standing at ringside, Shizuka’s manager/mouthpiece Tristan James watched over his charge as the two in the ring exchanged clubbing lefts and rights. Naoki wrapped his arms around her waist and went for a briding German suplex, but Shizuka managed to wiggle out of his grasp and take him down with a wicked spinning backfist. She dropped to the mat and was only able to get a two count. Naoki got to his feet and launched himself at the Japanese star. The two went back and forth, with Naoki starting to get the upper hand. He grabbed her and attempted to set her up for the Lightning Blade, but she ducked and took him down with a clothesline. She picked him up by the head and shoves it between her legs, hitting Genocide. She dropped to the mat and covered him, getting the three count and the win. ELIMINATED: NAOKI ARISHIMA Tristan James’ euphoria over his client Shizuka’s victory was short lived because the next person to come out was his OTHER client, the other half of Damage Inc in Yoshiko Watanabe. In a show of mutual respect, the two tag team partners bowed to each other before the bell rang. They locked up and it was on from there. The Japanese women hit each other with lefts, rights and not one but two double clotheslnes. They didn’t seem to allow a break in the action as Shuzuka nailed her partner with a forearm to the chest, knocking her down to the mat. She reached down and pulls Yoshiko to her feet by her hair, only to be met with a stiff lariat. While the two women again traded blows back and forth, on the outside, Tristan watched on nervously. His face conveyed one of forced neutrality as he watched his two clients go at each other. Shizuka whipped Yoshiko into the ropes and attempted a clothesline as she came back, but Yoshiki ducked that and kicked her partner in the stomach. She then took her head under her arm and lifted her up, hitting the Twilight Rising. She made the cover and got the pinfall victory. She helped her partner up afterwards and the two bowed again as Shizuka slowly rolled out of the ring and joined Tristan at ringside. ELIMINATED: SHIZUKA YOSHIDA

After witnessing what they just did, the crowd was restless for someone to stop the Damage Inc. member from continuing on anymore. And there desire was answered when "Braveheart" by Lupe Fiasco hit over the loudspeakers heralding one half of Rush Hour, Black Jones! The tag champion was noticeably not accompanied by his manager, Tom Higashikata. Black wasted no time, sprinting down the ramp and into the ring to meet Yoshiko, immediately coming at her with lefts and rights that Yoshiko responded in kind with, initally overpowering Black and sending him down, only for Black to surprise her when she came to capitalize by driving his knee straight up into her jaw! Yoshiko fell back allowing Black to hit the ropes and off with a beautiful Lionsault that he followed up with a knee to the head. Yoshiko managed to shake it off though and come back at Black, and the two brawled for a few minutes, each seeming to gain the advantage for only a short amount of time until, while Yoshiko was moving past him to capitalize on what she thought was a stunned Jones, he lept up and nailed her with the Poetic Justice, and 3 seconds later he had gained the victory to the delight of the crowd! ELIMINATED: YOSHIKO WATANABE Black Jones and Takuto Shindo have had their moments lately on Twitter, and it's no hidden fact that the Galactic Pretty Boys and Rush Hour are having a bit of a problem on Twitter as of late, and in the ring. These two were ready to lock up though, and despite Black not having his new manager Tom Higashikata at ringside at him, he was as game as ever. The two were quick to trade strikes, each of them being quick and agile enough to duck, dodge, and block each other's kicks and moves. It was an impressive display worthy of The Matrix going on until Black tripped him up and instantly went for a standing shooting star to only get a two! Quickly, Black went on the offensive, knowing that he had to not take this member of the GPB lightly, even trying to hit Poetic Justice early! Of course, a missed move from Black meant an open opportunity for Shindo, who quickly hit the Tau Galaxy Beam to take the advantage. Another few minutes of advantage trading, including Black managing to get an almost 3 after a vicious Immortal Technique, it was Shindo with the surprise win after another missed Poetic Justice, only for Black to get hit with the Galactic Cross Slash for the elimination and huge victory for the GPB! ELIMINATED: BLACK JONES

He didn't have long to wait though, because the sound of "Kaze-wa Mirai-nu Fuku" by Akima & Neos played, signalling the arrival of Duke Togo! Togo ran down and instantly went to the fight with Shindo, knowing this would not be a good night if the Pretty Boys managed to knock both members of the Tag Team Champs in singles competition! Duke's ferocity shined in the early parts, wearing down Shindo early, but it was going to be far more than just big moves, even if Duke's Extinction Agenda variation gave him a near fall. Shindo managed to surprise Duke with his second Tau Galaxy Beam of the night and quickly went up top to the high rent district to go for a huge moonsault, but Duke rolled out of the way and attempted a variation of the WeSTF, but Shindo got to the ropes! Neither guy was going to budge, which meant opportunity had to come from a missed moment, and it did for Duke in the form of a missed enziguri, leading him to catch Takuto in a half nelson, nailing the Papa Bomb! He hooked the leg for the three and evened up the encounters with the Pretty Boys for Rush Hour! ELIMINATED: TAKUTO SHINDO Duke stood tall after his victory but his elation did not last long as "Anti Gravity" by Lindsey Sterling hit, signalling the arrival of the main student of Papa Arino, Shozo! The crowd goes crazy at the prospect of two students of the man going at it and they wasted no time in living up to it. They began by trading forearms, each one showing the technique imparted from Papa and DEMON, but neither could gaing round that way. They locked up and Duke began to take an advantage, slamming Shozo down repeatedly. But this seemed to be for naught as Shozo seemed to finally tap into that wrestling state of mind known as "fighting spirit" and continued to get up and fight back. As the minutes continued on Duke ducked the Crash Love, and went for the Papa Bomb only to get flipped over onto his stomach on the mat, where Shozo hit him with the Legacy Cementer! He covered Duke, only for Duke to get his shoulder up at the last moment! As he looked down at Duke, it was plain to see a lightbulb light up in Shozo's mind, an idea he fulfills immediately, as he grabs Duke by his head and fits his head between his thighs, grabbing Duke's legs and lifting him up and dropping him back down with a destructive Package Piledriver! He covered Duke and after 3 seconds was greeted with the sound of being declared the winner! He lept to his feet, pointing a finger at the sky before beginning to celebrate moving on. ELIMINATED: DUKE TOGO

Knowing what was at stake, from the minute “Orpheus” by Mamoru Miyano started, Sugata Hotaru was ready to go high paced with the weary Shozo! Shozo had already been quite tired from his previous match, and Hotaru came in as a house of fire, working over the exhausted member of Gen2. Hotaru even managed to shock a lot of people and get a near fall after a Star Sword [Diamant]! Hotaru was starting to feel it now, and continued to go after him, even getting Shozo backed into the corner so he could nail the Hotaru Hyakuretsuken! He continued to put the hurting on Shozo, but the Gen2 member was determined to still endure. Sugata went looking for the King's Pillar, but Shozo managed to duck it and grab Shozo to hit his own variation, the Crash Love! Fired up, Shozo began to go back on the offensive, grabbing Sugata and planting repeated headbutts on him, completing The Concussion! After a moment, Shozo was up and ready, and as a dazed Sugata got back to his feet, Shozo hit the Legacy Cementer for the 3 and continued his hot streak in the gauntlet! ELIMINATED: SUGATA HOTARU Shozo continued to wait for an opponent, and his eyes only widened at the sound of the fact it wasn't just any opponent..."Waiting On a War" by 36 Crazyfists started over the speakers, and the crowd went nuts for the arrival of Shinji Uchikawa! Shinji made his way to the ring, still distraught over what happened to his best friend Tom Higashikata tonight, and his mind was thrown into further turmoil at the fact he was about to step into the ring with the man he considered like a brother! The two looked simply crestfallen, neither of them wishing to step into the ring with one another, but there was a handshake at the top of the match to show no hard feelings! From the first minute, each of them pushed the other to the test, nailing each other with the stiffest shots they could muster. They knew the weaknesses of the other, and each of them knew they had to win this in the cleanest way to return to their friendship upon the end of the match. In one of RW's most vivid sights to date, the two began trading a chop battle that not only displayed just how vicious Shozo's chops were, but that Shinji's chops were perhaps the most dangerous in not just RW, but all of the EXODUS umbrella. When Shinji unloaded some of his heavy handed chops, he had gone as far as to leave red marks over the chest of his tag team partner, but even farther when he had chopped so hard, he had visibly opened up wounds on his friend! Shozo started to bleed from the chest, but he was undeterred, firing back equally as vicious and hard chops that had also left Shozo with marks all over. Shozo finally had enough and started nailing rapid fire chops at the chest of his partner before getting him to back off long enough. Going for the Crash Love, Shinji ducked, spun Shozo around, and managed to hit the Saint Walker Bomb before getting up! In an almost shocking display of his agility, Shinji went for a Quebrada before Shozo rolled out of the way, but Shinji landed on his feet and went forward for the ALPHA-16, only for Shozo to keep him grounded, keep a hold of his arm for a standing switch before locking him in a straightjacket position...TSUNAMI GERMAN! Shozo got the shock pinfall over his partner and the crowd was stunned at not just the win, but Shozo using his partner's own finisher on him! After the bell, Shozo looked at him and Shinji sighed, rubbing his face and shaking his head for a moment. Shozo reached for his hand to show there was no hard feelings, and after a brief moment, Shinji pulled his partner in for a hug, signalling the sign of sportsmanship and that he was backing his partner to win the whole thing! ELIMINATED: SHINJI UCHIKAWA

Immediately following that amazing match, Shozo struggles to stand up, and the crowd is on their feet for the arrival of the other member of Gen2! Tonight has been his coming out party, and a small portion of the crowd has even started a chant for his name! Darrin Stearns: Shozo has been absolutely amazing tonight, Minoru! He's got one more challenge though, and we all know who the only person is left! Minoru Asano: Let's drink to his success! And then to whoever wins! Let's just drink, friend! After a moment for him to collect himself, "Path Less Taken" starts to play over the PA System again and the audience erupts as Sydney Christensen walks out, wearing the first ever shirt for a RW student, a "Follow The North Star" shirt adorning her as she walks out, looking nervous and dtermined at the prospect in front of her! Darrin Stearns: Sydney Christensen has been denied an opportunity at the title on several occasions already! She came just a second too long in the Beat the Clock Challenge and may have lost the RW Title tournament under dubious circumstances! Minoru Asano: This may be the last chance she has! We should drink to the drama and tension this match will provide! MAIN EVENT: NUMBER 1 CONTENDERSHIP TO (R)EVOLUTION WRESTLING TITLE MATCH SHOZO vs. SYDNEY CHRISTENSEN Sydney gets into the ring, and both her and Shozo look at one another. The look of exhaustion on his face says it all, but after she removes her shirt and meets him at the center of the ring, the two look at one another, Sydney extending her hand to him. Without hesitation, Shozo shakes it, and the two pull away before the bell starts to ring, signalling the arrival of this gauntlet's main event! The two continue to circle before they start to lock up, the crowd erupting for the start of this match! Sydney tries to go low to get the leverage in the lock up, but Shozo starts trying to use his size to his advantage. Shozo begins to back up Sydney into a corner, and the referee calls for the break. Slowly, Shozo breaks away, but he's got a look on his face like he's warning Sydney. With a shake of his head and a small smirk on her face, he approaches again to lock up, and the two begin to grapple once more. Shozo again starts exercising his size advantage on Sydney, but instead, she starts to grab his arm and whip him to the corner, coming in with a huge dropkick to Shozo's face! Shozo hits the mat, sitting in the corner, and Syd backs up and comes this time from one corner to the next with a massive knee to Shozo's face! He's got to be feeling the fatigue from the gauntlet already, and Syd quickly pulls him back from the corner, quickly going for the Canadian Supremacy, but Shozo lifts her and gets her up on his shoulders to quickly drop her with a sudden ocean cyclone suplex! Shozo doesn't waste time, and as he waits for her to get back up, she's not even on her feet but her knees as he dashes in and nails the Legacy Cementer! Shozo is looking impressive already and he goes for the pin! ONE! TWO! KICKOUT! Darrin Stearns: Shozo was so close there! The Legacy Cementer is his payoff move, but it didn't do enough to put Sydney down! Minoru Asano: Well that's because he's exhausted and she's still relatively fresh, friend! Everyone knows that logic! I mean, I do and I'm mostly drunk right now! SNARF! Shozo takes a deep breath and gets her up, looking to grab her arms and hook them so he can use The Concussion, but before he can, Syd uses the opportunity to hit a huge belly to belly suplex and get herself back into the match. She's still reeling a little from that ocean cyclone not long ago, and as he continues to get himself back up, Sydney comes in for a low spear, both down on the mat as they're recovering from the pain! Sydney starts to slam her hands on the mat to get the crowd behind her, and as the two start getting up, each of them start trading forearm blows to the face. Each of them slowly work their way back to their feet, but Shozo dodges one and grabs her arm...CONCUSSION! THOSE REPEATED HEADBUTTS CONTINUE TO SMASH AGAINST SYDNEY'S FOREHEAD AND SHE'S STARTING TO BLEED! Syd starts to back up after Shozo lets go, and he charges forward...CRASH LOVE! HE HOOKS! ONE! TWO! TH--SHE KICKS OUT! Shozo slams his hand on the mat and starts to get back up, looking at Sydney again. He tries to go for it, but Sydney trips him up and grabs his legs...Jacknife pin! ONE! TWO! TH--HE STARTS RISING...PILE--NO, SHE FLIPS! AIR RAID CRASH! She gets back up and bounces off the ropes for a huge legdrop! She nods and starts getting up, screaming as she starts calling to the crowd! SHE LIFTS HIM...REMEDY! THE NORTH STAR HITS THE REMEDY--AND SHOZO JUST STANDS UP! Darrin Stearns: LOOK AT HIS FIGHTING SPIRIT! Shozo stands up and instantly starts pummeling Sydney with forearms, hammering away at her as he whips her to the ropes and as she gets on the comeback...ANOTHER CRASH LOVE! HE DOESN'T WASTE TIME AND GETS HER TO HER KNEES...DDT! HE HOOKS! ONE! TWO! THRE---------NO! NO! SYDNEY CHRISTENSEN GETS HERSELF UP IN THE NICK OF TIME AND SHOZO SITS UP, STUNNED! Minoru Asano: This is amazing! I MIGHT HAVE TO PUT MY DRINK DOWN! An incredibly loud "THIS IS AWESOME!" chant starts for the two of them, and Sydney starts crawling over to the ropes to get herself up to her feet as Shozo begins to do the same. It's like the two of them are thinking the same thing though, and the two run to the middle of the ring and start trading forearms again, going for the jugular in this! Neither of them wanted to give up the ghost on this, and as the blows go, it's simple! SYDNEY! SHOZO! SYDNEY! SHOZO! SHOZO! SHOZ--SYDNEY! SYDNEY! SYDNEY! SHE BACKS UP...DISCUS CLOTHESLINE! SHE IS A HOUSE OF FIRE AND SHE STARTS BACKING HERSELF UP FOR ANOTHER! SHE CHAR---LEGACY CEMENTER OUT OF NOWHERE! HE HOOKS! ONE! TWO! THRE-------NO!!!!!!!!! SHOZO IS SLAMMING BOTH HANDS ON THE MAT AND HE IS FRUSTRATED! He starts to lift her again and he goes for a third one, but she ducks and he comes back to try--NO! SHE GRABS HIM AND PUTS HIM IN THE ALPHA-16! SHE'S GOT A HOLD OF SHOZO AND HE'S TRYING TO REACH FOR THE ROPES! HE'S MOVING! HE'S MOV---HE TAPS! HE TAPS! SYDNEY CHRISTENSEN IS YOUR WINNER, AND SHE IS YOUR NUMBER ONE CONTENDER! WINNER AND NEW NUMBER 1 CONTENDER TO THE (R)EVOLUTION WRESTLING CHAMPION: SYDNEY CHRISTENSEN Sydney is ecstatic as her hand is raised, the crowd going wild for the show they just saw and especially for the woman who just earned her title shot. The cheering goes silent as Brando slowly rises from his throne. Gripping his belt he moves down to the ring and rolls into the ring. He lays his belt on the mat before beginning to strip his jacket off. Minoru Asano: I do not understand what is going on but it does not make me very comfortable. Darrin Stearns: I think Brando is intending to meet his challenger immediately. Sydney looks uncertain, tired as she is from the hard match she just fought, but begins to get into a fighting pose, only to stop in shock, her eyes widening the only reaction seen before Eve, wearing a lab coat now and having hopped the rail, smash a pipe into Brando's head! The champ goes down, as the woman lays into him with the pipe, screeching incomprehenisbly as she does so. The referee attempts to step in, only for a swing from Eve to render him unconscious on the mat. She grabs Brando by the collar and drags him into the middle of the ring before proceeding to rip his dress shirt off. She reaches into the coat and pulls out a bottle. Minoru Asano: Huh. Now where have I seen a bottle like that before. Darrin Stearns: Oh my God, Minoru, that's lighter fluid! Minoru Asano: Oh. Shit! Eve turns the bottle over and begins to cover Brando in the liquid, getting a nice covered on the prone body of the champion before throwing the bottle over her shoulder. Sydney, shocked by the sudden brutality Eve has shown, has retreated into the corner to watch as Eve reaches into the pocket of her coat and removes, to gasps from the crowd, a zippo lighter. She flicks it open and on, and stares at the flame for a moment, tilting her head as some unknown thought crosses through her mind. Then she opens her hand and the zippo falls, and Brando Martial is quickly set aflame. The champion immediately begins to scream, rolling around in a futile effort to put the flames out. Eve simply begins to walk away, only to stop and bend down to pick up the (R)Evolution Wrestling title, giving it a once over and a small smile before leaving the ring with it. She begins to walk up the ramp, passing the officials rushing past her with fire extinguishers, stopping to sit down on the ramp, belt draped across her lap, as she watches Brando burn, and the officials trying to put him out. We fade to logo on this sight.
