Well, Hell, let's review this sumbitch. *cracks knuckles*
- It's already been discussed, but the opening video package was very well done. Each of the little clips says so much in so few words, basically summarizing everyone's mindset going into the show - and making one think about how those are going to change.
- Call Your Shot was a lot of fun - I honestly expected more EXODUS people, but then I realized almost all of them were already booked. Giving this thing an RW flair was nice - sort of a "future in the present" kind of thing. Considering how fast Adrien wrote the thing, he did a very good job putting shine on people - Aries Reed looked suitably dominant, Caleb had his Kofi Kingston moment and then promptly eliminated Aries Reed, and Lanning had an excellent run that makes me curious what he does next, given his rather emotional promo for the bout. GLORIOUS NIPPONESE VALUES, though, carry the day. Given the rest of the show, Salaryman with his attache-case title shot seems like a rather interesting insurance policy aganst n'er-do-wells of the EXODUS midcard.
- Johnny Cannon's promo was amazing. Like his picbase, he's a competent babyface but SO SO SO much better as a dickbag heel, and this promo was the icing on the cake of quite a bit of assholery for Cannon lately. It makes you want to see him get punched in the face lots and lots. Million billion stars.
- As I wrote Devan/Sydney, I won't comment on the match itself, but man, that ending is cray-cray. Sisters of Sin/Drunken Motherfuckers/Not Named Till Later Stable three-way battle to the death on the horizon? Yes, please. You just KNOW the Sisters give no fucks if they're willing to cost Devan the title after what happened on the pre-show.
- Also really liked Laurel Anne's promo - it's the sort of shit WWE should do and never does. EVERYONE has a stake in their home, and just because Hardy's not in the World Title Picture(tm) doesn't mean she doesn't feel it 100%. Giving her the time to speak her mind makes everything feel more organic - as Jon always says, EXODUS is a family. This point will come back a bunch more times as the show goes on.
- Brooks/Jameson was the expected hard-hitting affair, with JB pulling out a tight win and then promptly deciding "enough of this stupid white boy" and leaving Cleon Gray to the devices of a raaaather pissed off Angela Jameson. Everything that follows was actually a lot of fun to write for me, and now I understand why Jon loves doing the mastermindy stuff so much. I'm very much looking forward to this phase of Seymour's tenure here, the ONE thing I've never done in eW EVER is be an authority figure.
- Fun Strike/Heather seg with both of them on the verge of the fights of their lives. I'm actually more worried for Heather; Magdalena makes Furor look sane sometimes. Nice reminder of their past, too, as Heather has lived the life #SectionB fangirls can only dream of. xD
- Chandler/Savannah was such an odd match - I'll be in the potential minority and say Chandler's, err, handsiness took away from the bout a bit, though things certainly picked up by the end. Doing the records for the company made me realize just how dangerous Chandler is - the SDB division may well have gone from bad to slightly worse in terms of trying to lift the title from its champion.
- Park/Cannon was IMMENSELY goddamned satisfying, and it was even moreso because of Cannon's promo earlier in the show. Park going Stone Cold at WM17 on Cannon was amazing and just showed how 100% done she was with Johnny's being a dick. As allies or enemies, they've had more matches involving one another than any duo in EXODUS history, and this was one Hell of a final chapter, allowing both to move on to new and exciting things. Abby's postmatch promo was awesome, too - a statement of intent and summation of a lot of time and story all in one.
- Chuck Matthews is smug. I loved this because he's right, of course - we all might believe in a cause, but how altruistic we are in that belief is always a matter of open concern. He's always a step ahead, so there's no reason to believe different here with his security, right?
- Weird bit with Taylor and Singer's squad of goons. Will be sad to see her go if she misses any time, though Singer now loosed from Gray's direct control seems to have ambitions of her own...
- Fun Heather/Jonathan segment, too. Gives the coming showdowns with Daisuke and Mags a very Last Roundup feel, appropriate for Heather, really.
- The Funeral Procession match was fun, even if Jon winning it was never really in doubt. Darrin getting in his licks and Collins getting to celebrate with his family afterwards gave it a nice feel.
- Eve/Connor segment was...interesting. CLEARLY something's Not Quite Right with Eve, but we're one step closer to finding out what that something is.
-Andreas/Furor segment - WHEN MEGALOMANIACS COLLIDE! These two chew up scenery like no one else in the company, so putting them in the same segment is pretty amazing.
- TLC III was, as expected utter mayhem all around - topped only by the post match mayhem of the REVOLUTION firing a shot across the bow of the parent company. Shozo's promo was extremely well done, I thought - a nice statement for the group's ideology and goals. Let's not forget that TROUBLE are now two-time champs, though, and Wulf/Lenton vs. GRENDEL/Reed is going to be a FIGHT whenever it happens.
- Singer/Cleon segment is worrying - I mean, WE JUST KILLED DAISUKE and we're already bringing someone more evil than he was into things? Yeesh, this is why EXODUS can't ever have nice things.
- COLOSSAL win for Christian Kane, who has the EXODUS hardware now to back up being the best Twitter account in the company. Where Lexy Chapel goes from here is interesting; her record, insane as it is, would almost have to dictate a quick trip to the top of the card - if she doesn't want a chance at getting the belt she's arguably defined back from the Handsome Drifter first.
- Holy fuck @ Furor/Talfourd seg. Creepy Talfourd is my absolute favorite, and it takes a lot to outcreepy CHRISTUM FRIGGIN FUROR in a promo. "I see darkness." is a Hell of a wham line, too, but there's no way it comes back to haunt Christum right? Right, everybody?
- ZACK LIFER WINS! ZACK LIFER WINS! This is the one result on the show I was shocked by; I thought Matthews was going over to be the one spot of darkness on any otherwise excellent night for the company. That said, I did figure Riley wasn't going to turn out to be a jerk - why Chuck Matthews, Smartest Man in Wrestling, couldn't is a story for another day, methinks.
- Halliwell/Magdalena was a great brawl while it happened - AND ANDREAS CALLED THE MEN IN WHITE COATS ON HER! FINALLY, ANDREAS LASIEWICZ HAS DONE SOMETHING MORALLY RIGHT. IT ONLY TOOK LIKE A YEAR AND A HALF, BUT IT HAS FINALLY HAPPENED!
....I may still hold what Andreas did to Abby Park while being a face against him. Just a little bit. Okay, a lot, and I was rooting for him to actually be evil and get the shit kicked out of him tonight. We'll see how that goes.
- Kamijo's the bre--I mean, best.
- Fiona/SalTal was a blast. Loved the psychology, too - of Sally stealing the Shinigami, and Fiona using one of Riley's moves - and then the Zero Hour, where Sally promptly kicked out of because going down to Collins' move, given everything that happened, would have been unforgiveable for her, necessitating the EX finish in the springboard Shinigami to end things. Fiona gets her peace and can now move on to bigger and better things - though where Sally Talfourd goes from here is probably the biggest question coming out of this match. Has Christum Furor broken her for good, or is there a chance that the old Turk might yet shine through in the end? Match of the night, by my count.
OH WAIT THERE'S A CREEPY VOICEOVER AND SALLY DISAPPEARED AND A BLACK LANTERN. We're all fucked.
- The Christum Furor segment here is...almost tragic. The entire night has been an arrow pointing to the inevitable, Hell, you could even say the entire YEAR has been. Gods & Monsters seems doomed to die. Everyone knows it, except Furor himself. All he has left is his disciple, Naoki Arishima - no Kamigawa, no Lifer, no Sylar Drake, no Savannah Taylor, no Jerry Matthews, no Sally Talfourd, so on, and so forth. The man defined by his unit now stands nearly alone, and yet he has to go out there and fight. Even after hearing that he'll die if he goes out there, he still goes, because that is who he is. It is all he has left.
- Strike/Furor is our Austin/Dude Love, and I mean that in the best possible way. A total cluster from the word go with everyone and their mother getting involved and fighting for EXODUS. Sadly, Andreas turned out to be a good egg in the end, but it was really well done so I can let that pass. Chris Strike's literal year-long odyssey is over, and he's the World Champion. Which means now he gets to fend off Abby Park. And Fiona. And Lexy Chapel. HAVE FUN, CHRIS!
Seriously, though. Dude deserves the Hell out of that belt, and though following Allen is going to be a Herculean task, he's got the chops to do it.
- Oh, look, it's the CHIKARA post-iPPV teaser! YOU CAN'T FOOL ME, JON! I KNOW HOW YOU WORK!
-----------------
Okay, with line by line done, I can give my general overall thoughts.
This felt IMPORTANT. Fighting for EXODUS was the order of the day, and EVERYONE got involved from the RW students to the top of the card. This is the sort of triumphant night that babyfaces never have against heels, because, well, babyfaces usually end up being pretty dumb. Not tonight. Faces won pretty much every important match, and closed the door on a year's worth of story.
And yet, there's JUST enough on the horizon to make one pause. Eve. Brianna Singer. The black lantern of Sally Talfourd. Where we go from here? Who the Hell knows, but it's going to be a Goddamned amazing ride.
Thanks to everyone for their contribution. This was a blast to read.
War Fucking EXODUS Pro.

Welp, I won't be nearly as detailed as my buddy Sean, but I'll give it a go. First of all, I'm a lover of segments and this show didn't have a bad one in the house! Furor/Talfourd gave me the heebie jeebies, legit! I went around work last night, quoting the "I see Darkness" line over and over... Coworkers thought I was nuts. Furor/Lasiewicz made me sploosh a bit and the scene between Furor and Haven made me a little weepy. But Kamijo,as always, wins the fucking night, tits up and down! That seggy, I made the mistake of reading at work... For it made me scream laugh a bit, much to the ire of my shift runner. ? I also had no idea what Las had done for Heather/Mags, so I was quite pleasantly surprised with that. ? you, Mr. Bond! Also... REVOLUTION has arrived... #EvolveOrDie bitcheeeeesssss!!! I could no sooner pick a favorite match than a star in the sky. Everything was well-written and emotionally charged. I marked loudly for Lifer. I may or may not have tootsie-rolled at Abby's victory. Jon vs. Dasiuke was just... Just! Sally vs. Fiona was the bomb shit! And that World Title match.... Zohmygawd! Las can stand, praise baby Jeebus!! The good guys cleaned house and Chris Strike rose from the grave!!! Omg the feels, the FEELS!!!! This one is seriously going to be hard to top, guys. This show was epic, drenched in awesome sauce, sprinkled in wowzers and wrapped in AMAZEBALLS!! Looks like 2015 is going to be a hell of a year for EXODUS and Revo!!

Just finished the show...list of things that gave me chills;
-The intro video -Jon's entrance -Both instances of the Black Lantern appearing -THAT FUROR/TALFOURD SEGMENT -The finish to the main -And the tease at the end for...honestly, I don't even know at this point, and Jon tells me most things. >.>
By far the most amazing show we've ever done as a fed. I'm so proud of the work everyone did in putting this together, both in build and in the actual show. I can't wait to see what's next for all of us, between EXPRO, Revo, FIPW, DSW, and whatever other ridiculous ideas we come up with in the interim.

Amazing read. Being honest, I think the first show I've read in it's entirety, end to end, for quite some time.
Highlights?
Cannon/Park. What a match.
TLC3. I know how hard it is to keep those big multi-competitor matches coherent, and it worked. REVOLUTION, well, revolting at the end was epic.
BLACK LANTERN.
Blowjob 4.

- The intro video was FUGGIN AWESOME. My #1 favourite thing about fedheading was making teasers like that. Still got such a soft spot for them. - Battle royale was a fun spotfest to kick off, and I mean spotfest as a compliment. The opening match is the 2nd-most important on a card and this worked well in that role. - SALARYMAN HAS A TITLE SHOT! Part of me legit wishes Salaryman could've been the one to dethrone Christum. - Excellent heel promo from Johnny Cannon. Possibly the best promo I've ever seen from him. As noted, this really made us want to see Abby beat him later in the night. - Interesting that Brooks is the only member of The Flood to really come out on top tonight, and the only one who escapes any kind of retribution. That puts him in a very interesting position. The more I think about it, the more I think he might be the character I'm most interested in seeing where they go next. - I popped hard for Cleon's dismissal. I'm sure we haven't seen the last of him forever though - he's just too much fun as an antagonist. - I didn't enjoy Chandler/Savannah. I mean, it was written well, but... Chandler getting cheered for essentially sexually assaulting Savannah? Nah. On top of that, it felt cheap as hell after how emotionally intense and how human the build between them has been. I really, really hope that match is not the ultimate payoff of that story. - Johnny vs Abby was a fucking ace match. First MOTN contender, and it made both characters look amazing. Nice promo from Abby to contrast with the one from Johnny earlier. - A really good speech from Chuck, too. His Glengarry Glen Ross moment. - I really like how gradually the end of G&M built over the show, from the almost incidental face turn from Savannah there, through to the claustrophobia of the later scene between Christum and Sally, to the black hole of the finale. - Dammit Eve, I hate you. -.- - The moment in TLC with Laurel almost crushing Vanessa was actually meant to be way different, lol. What I pitched was that she found herself about to do it to someone like Adrien or Wulf, and that was the culmination (for now) of her arc about whether she can control herself when it matters, ending with her voluntarily tossing aside the steps. I'm not complaining, I think I can do stuff with how it ended up happening... just noting the original idea for posterity XD. When I saw HATE were out of the match I immediately knew how that spot would end up going down. - REVOLUTION gets a name and... eeeeeh... I'm sceptical, I gotta say. I feel like the last thing EXODUS needs (for the immediate future at least) is another heel stable. I'd like to be proved wrong, but as of right now - in the wake of HATE and G&M, who followed fairly closely on the heels of LEGION - I am not feeling this. - Chuck vs Lifer was the one nobody could seem to call, lol. Really good match that captured both characters. Jimmy's face turn was obvious from the moment he was announced as referee, but predictable is fine when it's a good story, and this was. Huge win for Zack and I can't wait to see what's next from these guys. - Kamijo scene felt jarring. It was a good scene but emotionally it kinda stood out like a sore thumb, and not in a good way. Should've come earlier in the night imo. - Sally vs Fiona was a fantastic match and did justice to both the characters and the epicness of the feud. It absolutely nailed that WrestleMania/Wrestle Kingdom feel. - The Christum scene directly before the main event was brilliant and I don't just mean the scene itself. For so long, Christum has been emotionally untouchable, and he's finding himself going into this match as a broken man. THAT is 100% the kind of storytelling real wrestling should do and doesn't. In the match itself, Christum's psyche falling apart, his final realisation that he is mortal, was tangible. I actually felt like the comedy with Seth's bet was out of place tbh. - So much smiling for the Seikigun coming to the rescue. - I couldn't help being slightly disappointed that the final masked man was Adrien and not Gabe Gambino. - I still hate and distrust Lasie. - The post-show teaser made me think of Chikara too (but also that "Hate Me Now" Miz promo from when he main evented WrestleMania... which I mean as much more of a compliment than it probably comes across as).

Great show from top to bottom. Best show I've ever been apart of.
Congrats Abby. Never been more proud to lose in my whole life.
I was... surprised by a lot of shit, but in a good way.
MOTN was definitely Fiona vs Sally. Best match I've read in quite some time actually.
Yeah. This is all the time I have for feedback. I have to put a bloody baby to sleep. That's not fun.

I'll have a full review of the show later. But just focusing on the Chandler/Savannah match... I don't want to say it sucked. But I didn't like it at all. The "handsiness" as it was coined above made no sense (to me) at this point in the story. Even back in August for the Savannah/Samantha/Chandler match (where there were flirtatious overtones to the match), the interactions weren't written like they were here. I felt like after Long Way Down, the aftermath of that event (in CD and segments), plus the two rps... I don't want to speak for Paige because I haven't spoken with her recently. But I know what I was expecting out of this match. And that outcome didn't match the work/story that was put in over the past two months.
This isn't anything against the match writer, whoever it was. I'm sure he or she had good intentions. I just felt like the tone of the match was not in line with the buildup.

I think most of my opinions have pretty much been hit in past comments/reviews, so I'd really just be reiterating what other people said.
I'm a big fan of segments, on any show, regardless of how big they are. At something like this, they sort of serve as either the last word before the end of a rivalry, or (if done well) a hint towards what's to come. This show had both types. Pretty awesome to see. Furor's really sticks out in my head...but that may also be because I don't think I've come across anything he's written that I didn't like. Same goes for Laurel's two bits. Great stuff from both of them. I'm curious to see how the whole black lantern thing plays out. And the TLC shenanigans. I do like that Revo is sort of the "smaller" show, for lack of a better word, but doesn't make it any less important. At this exact moment, I'm VERY interested to see where this goes.
I suppose, if there was ANY criticism I could draw, it would be that everything just sort of....ended. I suppose I expected it, it being "End of the year, huge show, etc" type of thing, and I think most, if not all of us knew the major things (Cleon's reign of terror, G&M, Collins/Daisuke's battle, Chuck/Lifer) were going to be tied up and finished here, but there was a part of me that thought that SOMETHING was going to continue on past AE2. Aside from Chandler/Taylor, which looks like it's not over, it feels like the story board has sort of been wiped clean. Even stuff like Kane/Chapel had this feeling of finality to it, like there was really no reason for those two to ever fight again...though I'd love to see it.
It's a small, almost negligible critique, especially given the nature of the show and its hype, but if you're looking for "how can we possibly improve," I think that's it.
I give this show 5 stars.

Okay, kids. Lemme show you how to feedback, yo!
The Lorde cover was actually a pretty good fit for that little introduction of the show. We all know that Jon is a bit of a perfectionist in terms of picking just the right song for the right occasion so this was to be expected. Graphic was gorgeously done, thank you to our "photographer" for that. Time for the first match of the night.
#LOLChrisMarks...oh wait, I wrote this match! I kinda rushed this, but since there were a handful of requests, all but one of which was reasonable (I'm looking at you, Michael), I wanted to make sure I accommodated them as best I could. So we had a bit of a spotfest and I wanted to make the high scoring non-winners look as good as they can (i.e. Lanning, Storm, Reed). I also threw in Chris Marks to be a first elimination because if you showed, you deserved to not be the first one gone, in my opinion, and because the handler of Marks didn't mind.
I loved the segment by Johnny Cannon, even if the night didn't end well for him, as I feel it was a great way to hype the character, hype the match, and show that he really wants to take down whoever left the building as champion. Having his own ring announcer is a bit pretentious, but so is the character so it works.
The (R)evolution World Title match was massively underrated. It was solidly written and I feel like it established Syd as a stalwart in Revo but still had Devan look like she has a bright future. Entertaining and solid.
Laurel may have come off as a psycho who has lost her mind a few moments in RPs and matches, but this promo of hers shows that she has the same goal as the rest of the Seikigun and I feel it was important to keep her as an established face and Seikigun fighter in spite of everything that's happened. Good on you, Styg.
You have no idea how much I wanted Angela to win this. But holy shit did she take Justin Brooks to the limit, something that, in-character, is very hard to do. Both characters looks capable and dangerous from this match. Whoever wrote this went all out on it.
I don't think I've ever seen such an amazing debut for an authority figure. Ever. And it was the perfect way for him to make his debut to get rid of Cleon Gray. I laughed, I cried, I remembered when people did the same for my authority figure character.
Nice segment by Heather and Strike. I feel like it was a breath of fresh air, IC wise, from all the Magdalena drama Strike has had to endure. Strike is happy. Let's see if his night gets even happier.
I hear the criticism of this match. Personally, I was expecting a bed to appear in the ring and for it to turn into pornography in the wrestling ring, with whoever riding on top winning the match and the title and the loser saying "Don't care, had sex." I know the handlers have said how this wasn't written the way they wanted. It stinks because they somewhat have a point. Entertaining if you didn't know any better, but it happens. We're human and all that.
THAR BE DRAGONS!! It was a short, sweet, and to the point segment. Not really much to comment on.
Revo faces unite!!!
Abby Park looks ready and honestly, Norton's RP was pretty damn impressive. Before the RPs were posted, I was thinking Johnny Cannon was the favorite, but boy was I wrong. And I've never been happier to be proven wrong. Abby Park is ready for a shot at the top. I can't wait for Norton to surprise us again. The match did Park justice the way she beat the all living hell out of Johnny Cannon with that chair. Hot damn.
Chuck has his moral event horizon with the fan attacking bit, and Tom calls him out for it. Chuck then goes off with his arrogance and how he is a step ahead.
Taylor face turn? Hmmmmm. Singer laying her out smells like a future feud.
Heather and Jon hyping the match he's about to have with Daisuke. Lots of historical references.
Jon wins and puts Daisuke away. Lots of pro-Jon people applauding and showing Jon in love. Honestly, as much as Jon feels like he could've done better, he accomplished what he wanted to with this match. And it had an ending that I could see happening if a beloved promoter got rid of a poison like that in a real wrestling company.
HATE goes bye bye before the match, with Eve having doubts. Blowjob and Meta Johnson cameos that were pretty legit.
Creepy Las and creepy Furor. Then again, this isn't news, even when Las was a face against LEGION, he had that aura about him on podcasts and promos.
TLC was beautiful. I thank Sean for still making my character looking pretty strong by having him hold his own by himself with Jaime out with an injury. It was violent...which since it's a TLC match, was pretty damn awesome. Probably biased when I say it was one of my favorites of the night with an ending of the top ladder Adrien Cutter but Wulf grabbing the belts on the way down being a great and creative way to end it. And Seth saying "And an Adrien Cutter for you! And an Adrien Cutter for you! And an Adrien Cutter for everyone!" might be my favorite thing an commentator has ever said about my character.
I thought the Revolution attack was an amazing way to introduce them as a heel threat coming into the main roster. I'm hoping this isn't going to be the next LEGION or G&M but I've been told this angle is going somewhere good.
Hey, Brianna got a promotion!! Oh and BUHBYE CLEON!!
You know, this match going Kane's way may be a good way for Lexy to move on up. Kane deserves to be our two time champion after a strong showing, but Lexy is Lexy. I can't wait to see how these two go forward after a great battle.
HOW MANY TIMES ARE WE GONNA SAY GOODBYE TO THIS GUY?!?! GTFO CLEON!! #BasedMeta
Sally, now understanding the truth, is starting to revolt Furor. Uh oh for the G&M president. He no longer has his cabinet. And poor SalTal. She went animals crackers...wait, wrong female wrestler...
EVERYONE, GIVE A BIG ROUND OF APPLAUSE FOR ZACK LIFER, HERO OF EXODUS!! Seriously! Zack Lifer! Chuckie gets his walking papers and Lifer is back!
BUHBYE LADY MAGS!! Your song is done, little bird. About time Las did that!
Lovey promo with the Collins couple, a few funny remarks from Kamijo, Kamijo gets to see Fiona's tits...wait WHAT?!?! How the hell did I miss this the first time I read this?!?! Not many people have seen those. And what is the Prince's reaction? He pulls a McKayla Maroney.
Fiona, fresh from her Mardi Gras moment gets a victory in the Match of the Night. Props to the matchwriter. And as someone not in the loop as to what the black lantern is, I'm legit intrigued by it. I've seen blue lanterns in this fed before, but never a black one. Can't wait to see what happens next in that storyline.
And now Furor is all alone. Even his armcandy is gone. This can't end well for him...in fact...
HOLY SHIT, what a way to end the night. You have Seikigun come out. You have Chuck and his security goons come out. You have the handicapped Andreas come out. You have four masked goons about to end it all and...oh, the masked goons are Jon, Darrin, Chandler, and Adrien. Lasie walks and shows his support for the Seikigun, playing everyone in the arena. And then Strike climbs out of the dirt and ends Furor's reign of terror! Lots of hugs and tears.
And we have a mysterious person watching us. I smell this being important...
Overall, this show gets my seal of approval. 10/10. How we keep one-upping, show after show, is impressive and I'm not sure how we do it.
