Tomorrow I'll read the show in it's entirety more calmly when I get back from work to give my opinion and I'll edit this same post to do so. I just wanted to let you know that I loved how balanced the show was because it had action, comedy, drama, evil psychology (Ulysses instigating Collins) and so on. The segments and the matches just had a natural flow between each other that made the results even better. Great results! I'll give my opinion on each one of the categories tomorrow ------------------------------------------------- Match of the Night: Main Event and Fiona vs. Park.
Surprise of the Night: Collins has a stalker. It was a great way to end the show and create suspense for next episode. I see you guys would make great novel writers or something ;D
Spot of the Night: For some reason I liked the video. I'm always a fan of hyping videos and stuff for e-feds. It adds a lot of realism. I don't know who the hell it is and I won't probably know who the hell is when "they" or "he" or "she" debuts...but it adds suspense too anyway.
Overall Rating: I'll give it a 9 just because not everything will be perfect, but this show is pretty close to it. Congrats!
Misc.: Always keep the balance. It's doing wonders!

Match of the Night: Rourke vs. Park. If I hadn't written it, I would have loved how it put over Park as a credible threat. For one I didn't write, Alex Brooks vs. Omar Wise was awesome, kudos to both of them.
Surprise of the Night: Abstain.
Spot of the Night: BLACK MIST!
Overall Rating: 9.4/10
Misc.: You guys deserve all your kudos.

MOTN: I loved that Rourke-Park match, but I also enjoyed Zortalk-OO. I know Jon and I hyped up all three on Twitter, but then we had to fulfill that hype (and I don't know that Kevin even knew we hyped it)...we did that, I think. Surprise OTN: I love what's going on with the videos, but it's not really a surprise. That last segment, though...I'm even interested to see where it's going. Spot OTN: The only one I'm kind of biased on, I loved writing Alex Brooks KOing Omar Wise; The Giant Can (Maybe!) Be Slain! Overall: 9.5/10. The two no-shows disappointed me, but we made it work. Again, great job by everyone, and I can't wait to see what the newcomers do. Thanks for the compliments, Jeff. One thing that Jon and I are really trying to do is have the show read with a flow like that. So to hear that you think it does just that...makes my heart warm as a fedhead.

Great show all around. I'll review it more in depth tomorrow.
But obviously and undoubtedly, the line/spot/moment of the night is in my sig.

But obviously and undoubtedly, the line/spot/moment of the night is in my sig. Just for posterity.edit: Match of the Night: I was a big fan of Omar/Brooks. Really solid, fun match. And I liked getting to write an octopus match before the costume went away. Wish there was more time to write it. Ah well. Surprise of the Night: Well, nothing angle-wise was really a surprise, because none of the cool building stuff has paid off yet. If we're just talking matches, I'll go with Cannon over Daisuke. I like Cannon's stuff a lot, but Cannon, buddy, you need to streamline a little. Spot of the Night: I really, really like these video spots. And I'm super excited that Omar is gonna get to fight Brian Pillman sometime! And maybe Jericho! I was saddened that Daisuke attacked Jimmy Riley. You don't fuckin' treat the King of New York that way. Finn McCullough is gonna saddle up and ride in here to fuck Daisuke up. I liked Kliff's antagonism of the Boss. Gives me a bigger target to aim at. Good heelin', and I can appreciate good heelin'. Overall Rating:9 out of 10. Misc.:[/b] I am very excited for this "This Is Who We Are" guy to debut already. And the stalker guy. If the stalker ends up being DDP, I might pee a little. I like being introduced to fun new songs, so thanks for that! I'm excited to see Silver Squid and Orange Octopus maybe closer to their real selves. I'm an Abby Park mark, and Fiona was pretty radical, as always. And I'm really a big fan of how good Alex looked against Omar. Writing a good David/Goliath match can be hard, but I marked for Alex hitting the button. I'm so gonna use that in my next roleplay.
