FREEFORM REVIEWS FOR EVERYONE!
Again, as I said on Twitter, thanks to everyone who stepped up to cover my tracks this weekend. I came down with some serious funk/BS on Friday night that had me down from then until last night (and I still don't feel great today). So yeah. Thanks to Steve Cash, Blake Jones, and Magnus Gunner for picking those up.

I liked the opening. Not sold on the "Marauders" as a group name, but it beats "The Alliance" or "The Unit". I do buy Ulysses as a bigger threat than expected though. Also, the lie to me part of the seg was great. Good timing, and had impact. I could believe Double A walking out on an opening match, it's like the "punishment angle" to put a vet on opening matches unless they are debuting a student or whatnot - we know that's not what's up, but you know how that is too. The segments in this show served a purpose, and that's a good thing to see. You didn't have too much or too little. Some of them were more entertaining than others but there WAS something for just about everyone's tastes and that's nice. Nice win for Riley, over rookie AWA talent Aiden Romero. He's gon' be gud. Romero that is. The Iconic Mayhem segment seemed off a bit to me. Maybe it was the tensing or something? Next match, that's a good boost for Erin D. Shame that the boards were a mess that night and V's promo was posted after deadline. Johnny Cannon, ladies and gentlemen, channeling Ric Flair. Nice win for Harakiri. And one for Ryuji Best line of the night really. Very nice Magnus G segment. Ominous and overwrought, atmospheric. Good job. It was weird to me that Fiona's match sat anywhere but the Main Event, but it was Non-title so maybe that's why. The show was capped off nicely though with a tag team match featuring the champions and one of the teams they will be facing at Invincible for the titles. That's good, got some build for the PPV throughout and that's never a bad thing!

- Loved the opening segment. The dynamic between Kliff and Collins is really great. The best promo between the two thus far. I agree "The Lie To Me" portion was a great touch. Makes me really want to see Ulysses get his just deserts.
- Strong undercard matches this show. Were all written well. Big wins for Harakiri, Daniels and Kamigawa, especially storyline wise.
- Enjoyed the finish of Tyler vs Reynolds. Thought both of them did a great job with thier roleplays as well. In regards to the ending, yeah I definitely liked it. As much as Tiami hates Katherine, her missing sister's whereabouts are her main priority, so it makes sense that she'd get distracted by the thought of Daisuke having her in a bodybag.
- Gunner vs Heatherwell was good. EXODUS gets a win there, good to see. Good ending as well.
- Lenton/Brooks vs Daisuke/Gouken was my match of the night. Strong showing by the team with Justin getting the cover on Iwakuma. He continues to look strong in his second EXODUS run.
- Very strong closing segment. Fans could sympathize with Fiona's dilemma, having to choose between the gold or the lives of those she cares for. In the end she chose to fight, and people love a champion that laughs in the face of danger. The chairshot portion was believable in the sense that Gunner had finally sent her over the edge. So kudos to them.
- All in all, very strong show going into the PPV. EXODUS has taken the momentum, LEGION is reeling, it should be a great show in two weeks.
