1) Are you comfortable with the new staff of Jonathan, Adrien, & Nick in place?
2) What can we do to help improve your EXODUS experience?
3) How would you feel if EXODUS went from a roleplay fed to a "hybrid" fed? (Match outcomes are decided by a combination of roleplay and angle aspects. Some Hybrid federations exist with a tilt toward one type of federation such as for example being a 60% roleplay or a 60% angle federation. These are popular with fedheads and handlers, as roleplays are not as long-winded as roleplay federations, but are still important. Several modern day, top federations have been hybrids, and they have quickly became the most popular type of federation.)
4) How do you feel about the current scorecard? What would you change? Should certain scores be higher or lower?
5) What should be the maximum amount on the roster we carry?
6) What changes would you like to see in the near future?
7) Do you guys like the current method of us laying out angles for you, or would you guys like more input? How would you like to all gather to discuss things?
8) If you are not currently on staff, would you like to be?
9) How do you feel about the format threads for each show?
10) Did you bring salsa?

1) Are you comfortable with the new staff of Jonathan, Adrien, & Nick in place?
Yes I am.
2) What can we do to help improve your EXODUS experience?
Can't think of anything right now. I'm a rookie around here and I enjoy everything so far. Aside from some things that are not fault of staff.
Several modern day, top federations have been hybrids, and they have quickly became the most popular type of federation.)
I would need some time to get used to that, probably. But I don't hate it.
4) How do you feel about the current scorecard? What would you change? Should certain scores be higher or lower?
No problem at all.
5) What should be the maximum amount on the roster we carry?
Twenty five to thirty characters, it depends on the work staff can do.
6) What changes would you like to see in the near future?
Once again, can't think of anything right now.
7) Do you guys like the current method of us laying out angles for you, or would you guys like more input? How would you like to all gather to discuss things?
No problem with that.
8) If you are not currently on staff, would you like to be?
I enjoy my position of being a normal member who helps with match-writing and such.
9) How do you feel about the format threads for each show?
Good thing, with getting the writers/handlers involved even more with the show.
10) Did you bring salsa?
Shit... Jon was supposed to remind me!

1) Are you comfortable with the new staff of Jonathan, Adrien, & Nick in place? Why not.
2) What can we do to help improve your EXODUS experience? Nothing different right now.
3) How would you feel if EXODUS went from a roleplay fed to a "hybrid" fed? As long as it was held in some form of balance, in that RPs still bore weight over pure story (unless that was the desire of both handlers), then yes. A no-show should never win over a shower, even in a storyline, without the consent of both handlers (especially the shower).
4) How do you feel about the current scorecard? What would you change? Should certain scores be higher or lower? Personally, I feel our current scorecard biases towards Trash Talk style RPers. I'd welcome a move to becoming more balanced for CD type RPers. Perhaps an adjustment in the Match and Story Focus scores, so both are maxed at 10.
5) What should be the maximum amount on the roster we carry? 30ish, with a separate contingency for five to six dedicated tag teams. (I'm not talking commitment to the fed, I'm talking tag teams that are, for all intents and purposes, considered as single characters in al but multi matches and battle royals.
6) What changes would you like to see in the near future? A bit of a graphics overhaul, and maybe a more dedicated roster section.
7) Do you guys like the current method of us laying out angles for you, or would you guys like more input? How would you like to all gather to discuss things? I think a healthy mix of both. Its nice to be able to rely on the fed to provide storylines and angles, and not be penalised for not thinking of your own storylines. I certainly think there should be the facility for individuals to request/suggest angles and storylines.
8) If you are not currently on staff, would you like to be? I'd be happy to take a roster position, tending to roster lists, a roster page and associated stuff. People who know me know my dedication to such lists (OCD helps). I can occasionally match write, I prefer writing Tag matches, but would rather be considered a back-up rather than primary writer.
9) How do you feel about the format threads for each show? I'm indifferent towards them. I see their merit, but don't think it would be detrimental to be without them.
10) Did you bring salsa? No, but I do have some Chutney.

1) Are you comfortable with the new staff of Jonathan, Adrien, & Nick in place?
-Yes, more than good with it. Sad to see Clint go, as he always treated me well.
2) What can we do to help improve your EXODUS experience?
-All in all, I don't think there is much else in terms of quality assurance that needs to be shored up. This has easily been one of the best feds I've ever been a part of. Definitely a fed I will spending much more time with in the future.
-I'm a little unfamiliar with the concept, having just recently started to have taken bookings with our affiliates over at the SHOOT Project, but I'm more than okay being flexible on sacrificing the outcome of a match in favor of a really awesome angle. This, of course, is contingent on all of the involved parties coming to a negotiable agreement that meets the terms of all parties involved.
4) How do you feel about the current scorecard? What would you change? Should certain scores be higher or lower?
-I'm more than okay with the scorecard with the exception of one area: Entertainment Value. Granted, I know that every individual judge has their own preferences in what style of roleplaying they enjoy the most, but I feel that this is something that a judge should sacrifice to impartially judge a match. Just think the scoring system would be better with another alternative to entertainment value is all.
5) What should be the maximum amount on the roster we carry?
-I can agree with the above mentioned number of thirty.
6) What changes would you like to see in the near future?
-I think that this is a question that will be better answered once the LEGION angle has finally run its course. Only then are we going to find out the true possibilities of the heights this promotion can reach.
7) Do you guys like the current method of us laying out angles for you, or would you guys like more input? How would you like to all gather to discuss things?
-Never had a problem with angles, but I always love being able to have input on angles simply because there is nothing better than a great angle. Definitely looking forward to a program I have running right now.
8) If you are not currently on staff, would you like to be?
-Having been an incumbent member of the PCW judging board for the last six months, I feel that I can definitely contribute more in the judging department. Would've judged more matches for the Desperate Times supercard, but unfortunately, I was pretty busy that round. Just saying, not opposed to judging more matches, it is a task I greatly enjoy.
9) How do you feel about the format threads for each show?
-No need to fix what ain't broke. I think the format threads are A-ok.
10) Did you bring salsa?
-No salsa, but I do plan on bringing a heaping helping of my favorite ethnic Hungarian dish, chicken paprikas. Basically spicy creamed chicken using Hungarian paprika and homemade hand-rolled dumplings. No better food on earth!!

1. Are you comfortable with the new staff of Jonathan, Adrien, & Nick in place?
Complete comfortable. I have no reason to question their objectivity - people have friends in this hobby, and often we find ourselves in situations where our objectivity has to compete with relationships. But, again, I have no reason to think that any of these people can’t proceed objectively.
2. What can we do to help improve your EXODUS experience?
I am looking forward to the revamp/migration to the .com site. I haven’t been here all that long enough to really be able to look at the little things that might need tweeking (because none of the big things really need it). I’ll keep an eye out, though, over my time here.
3. How would you feel if EXODUS went from a roleplay fed to a "hybrid" fed?
No, I don’t think it should ‘officially’ move to being a ‘hybrid’ fed ... because we’re already unofficially one. If you just make it clear that two writers could actually storyline it to a PPV, then why change it for everyone?
I don’t think hybridity really works, to be fair too. If it’s a storyline angle, then just plan every week and result up until you want an end. Why make it a ‘hybrid’? If you want to pre-plan, then pre-plan. If it’s hybrid, then there’s nothing to gain from planning. I know I’ve done storyline angles and I can’t see how it would have been better if it was a hybrid approach.
So, yeah, just make sure everyone knows they can storyline results and then you’ve got the best of both worlds.
4. How do you feel about the current scorecard? What would you change? Should certain scores be higher or lower?
This is just what I’m thinking. Take it or leave it, because (honestly) the judging seems to be working well. I wouldn’t fix it, just tinker with it.
I don’t think that ‘Storyline Development’ is needed/ important enough (for 10 points at least - 20% of the grade). I’ve always been of a ‘writing mind’ that the storylines are built and grown through matches and segments in results, less so (but still partially so) in promos. For example, if I write a promo that’s a whole heap about the storyline I’m in ... but I’m in a match with someone who isn’t, unless I’m really good, I’m going to lose points somewhere.
I would consider rewording the title, and then amending the blurb that attached to them:
Grammar = Expression (Encompass all elements of writing and expression beyond grammar) Match Focus = Relevance (Encompass both match and storyline elements) Story Focus = Storyline/Character Development (Encompass non-match/storyline elements) Entertainment Value = Entertainment Value (Don’t change it) X-Factor (I know that I would have a hard time distinguishing this category from Entertainment, but sometimes you have entertaining promos that still have something ‘capturing’ that goes beyond simple ‘entertainment’.)
I would assign each category 15, except for ‘X Factor’ (which would be 5). I would expect regular 1’s and 0’s for X Factor too (given that it’s a category for that rarest of rare elements that just blow minds).
I would also consider (consider) a system wherein match participants are given their scores (anonymous), after the judging, to establish a system of transparency. I would also consider giving all the grades to all participants in a match to everyone involved, so that the result is even more transparent. It would also allow for instantaneous feedback - people could immediately see what areas their scores were up/down and then compare them to winners/losers.
This has been poorly written/expressed, so if anyone wants a clarification as to what I mean I’m more than happy to provide.
5. What should be the maximum amount on the roster we carry?
No limits, just evaluate where we are at certain points. If we get to 30 on the roster, consider a second show. If we get to 35, consider a second show. If we get to 40, consider a second show. And there’s more options beyond a second show too.
6. What changes would you like to see in the near future?
As said before, the move to the .com is nice. When that comes, I’m sure there will be many more exciting things (like a roster page, champions page, etc.). I’m really looking forward to that. Perhaps even editorials and other ways of contributing to the fed. But that’s some ways off, I imagine.
Some little things that might be interpretted as bitching, but if one of this changed, I wouldn’t be mad or sad or upset at all:
- Results -- Could we distinguish when matches start a little more (centred, bigger size, coloured, etc. - any combination of there). -- Consistency with the count (numbers or letters; ellipses or not). I know it's in the formatting guide, but writers should be more aware of the things outlined there.
- Sign-ups -- Word range for the matches. Another fed I was in (for the weekly results, not PPVs) posted (in the sign-up post) the word range for the matches. I originally was iffy about this, but then realised it’s actually a really good thing: It ensures the main event is the ‘focus match’ (with a higher word limit) and establishes a level of expectations to the writers. It keeps results manageable too. -- Segment sign-ups. Same fed, they also included a list for those people who were ‘signing up’ for segments. I think that that’s an important thing to keep a public list for. If there’s not many people signing up for segments, then I’ll be more likely to throw one in. If there’s heaps, I might think about writing a shorter one than a longer one. It’s just another way that we can have more control/input and help out the staff.
7. Do you guys like the current method of us laying out angles for you, or would you guys like more input? How would you like to all gather to discuss things?
Angles make or break a fed, we all know that. I think the angles that are the most memorable are the ones that are handled by the people involved more than the management. Beyond the fact that management has more to worry about than the intricacies of an angle, the people should know the best way to run it too. The way they want to contact each other ... that’s their prerogative (PM, QT, etc.).
For new arrivals, yeah, sure, management should be proactive in getting people into angles. But after a period of time ... people should be able to run themselves.
The only exception would be where an angle is HUGE (like, more than 4 people involved) and it is going to be a ‘core focus’ of the fed for a short/long while. But this is often a once a year (even less) thing.
8. If you are not currently on staff, would you like to be?
Happy to help out and pitch in. I can (but hate) write matches. I can (and love) judging. I can (and will) be good with feedback. I would be happy to help out with contributions for special projects though.
9. How do you feel about the format threads for each show?
Fine, though I’ve made my thoughts on some changes for the formatting here already.
10. Did you bring salsa?
Extra hot.

1) Are you comfortable with the new staff of Jonathan, Adrien, & Nick in place?
-Don't know any of them in any capacity other than Twitter. So I have no problem, never had with any of the staff members in any of the feds I've been, let it be in Spanish or English.
2) What can we do to help improve your EXODUS experience?
-To be honest, nothing. I tried to help out when the fed started but RL got in the way and my one-off(ish) appearance as Jason Scorpio was spoiled. So I had that thing itching and that's why I brought in Eddie Vega. So to be honest I've been reading since I tried to enter as Scorpio, and I like everything I've seen so far. If anything comes up I will PM anyone.
-I don't really have any problem. Most of the feds I've been are that way, but they are more of an unofficial kind of "hybrid" fed. I mean, if both handlers are ok they can run an angle where the matches are storylined, but if they don't want to they can go roleplay for roleplay. That's the way most of the feds I've been are, so that's the way I've learned to play this game.
4) How do you feel about the current scorecard? What would you change? Should certain scores be higher or lower?
-I'm not familiar at all with the scorecard. As I said the only time I was here I didn't even get the chance to post an RP because I missed deadline thanks to RL. But I would agree with what others have said already and also I like the idea of handing the scores to everyone. I think is a good way of getting to know what you need to become a better writer for the judges. Much like grades in school help you know where are you failing and where you need to get better.
5) What should be the maximum amount on the roster we carry?
-It all depends on what approach you guys have. If you want to maintain a "small fed" feeling then you need to be under 20. If you want to have a "big fed" feeling then 30 is a good number, for one show. Then again, if you have the idea of having a second show or an "invasion" angle... then that number could increase.
6) What changes would you like to see in the near future?
-I don't really know... if something comes up I will let you guys know.
7) Do you guys like the current method of us laying out angles for you, or would you guys like more input? How would you like to all gather to discuss things?
-I'm a lazy ass... so yes I like the method of the staff laying out angles for me. But I think that's all staff should do. They tell you what they want, they tell you who are you programmed with and the rest is up to both of the members of said angle. That's the way I see it.
8) If you are not currently on staff, would you like to be?
-I think I could help with staff related issues, but not be in the staff permanently. I'm starting a Masters Degree in August and well that would take away a lot of my free time. But that being said I like judging matches, I think that the fact that my B.A and future Masters Degree are based in literature I can help on that aspect. Also, I like to write, I'm not good writing matches but I give it a try every now and then. Continuing with that line, I think I read something like an editorial or something like that, so if you guys like to have "interviews", "articles" or whatever written about certain characters I would like to be involved on that aspect.
9) How do you feel about the format threads for each show?
-I have no problems with it
10) Did you bring salsa?
-does this count?

1) Are you comfortable with the new staff of Jonathan, Adrien, & Nick in place?Of course, I've trusted the decision of the staff and I won't stop, you've been doing a great job as of late so a change isn't going to stop your progress. 2) What can we do to help improve your EXODUS experience?Nothing I can think of on top of my head really.3) How would you feel if EXODUS went from a roleplay fed to a "hybrid" fed? (Match outcomes are decided by a combination of roleplay and angle aspects. Some Hybrid federations exist with a tilt toward one type of federation such as for example being a 60% roleplay or a 60% angle federation. These are popular with fedheads and handlers, as roleplays are not as long-winded as roleplay federations, but are still important. Several modern day, top federations have been hybrids, and they have quickly became the most popular type of federation.)Well if you have an angle with two or more people who can construct an endgame together cooperatively then, by all means. But, I think we've had that concept for awhile lol. I mean, we discuss ideas with one another off the forums so I think we've been somewhat like that for awhile. 4) How do you feel about the current scorecard? What would you change? Should certain scores be higher or lower?I really don't have a problem with it honestly. For me, you have to have a good balance between CD and talking. I've said before, just CD and no match focus promo makes, your roleplay nothing but a fanfic without the wrestling aspect of it all. I mean, that's what I think matters the most: Your motivation in this match; What is it you wanna gain? Because without the promo, you're not putting any hype into your match. Friction between two polarizing individuals brings out the best in people. I think that a good proportion of CD and Match Promo would be good. 5) What should be the maximum amount on the roster we carry?I honestly don't like turning people away, especially when people from THW came over and we had to turn them down. If we have a lot of members then we're going to have to have a second show. But that's only if anyone on staff is willing to take up that amount of work. But I know you guys can handle it, I believe in you.6) What changes would you like to see in the near future? At this state we've been pretty awesome, not gonna lie. I think, once we keep moving along some ideas are gonna pop up sooner or later.7) Do you guys like the current method of us laying out angles for you, or would you guys like more input? How would you like to all gather to discuss things?I mean, we've got Skype, Twitter, Google Docs, PM's. For me I love Google Docs, it's like a whiteboard for brainstorming ideas. We can get together and write down ideas, talk it out, all that good shiznit.8) If you are not currently on staff, would you like to be?If I didn't have to work night shift, I'd love to be a full-time staff member, making posters and such. I'm pretty good with getting together with people and talking out ideas. BUT if you need a guy to make cool iPPV posters look me up. 9) How do you feel about the format threads for each show? We're doin' purty gud! Don't need to change a thing, keep it up! (: 10) Did you bring salsa?......Oh.

I wouldn't, honestly.
4) How do you feel about the current scorecard? What would you change? Should certain scores be higher or lower?
I think it's fine, honestly. Not anything to change.
5) What should be the maximum amount on the roster we carry?
30
6) What changes would you like to see in the near future?
Hover cars, jetpacks, a working xbox one. And chocolate. Lots and lots of chocolate.
7) Do you guys like the current method of us laying out angles for you, or would you guys like more input? How would you like to all gather to discuss things?
I think we should have more imput, honestly. I'm all for letting people do what they want. You know, unless their plans are totally insane. Otherwise, why not?
8) If you are not currently on staff, would you like to be?
Yes.
9) How do you feel about the format threads for each show?
Honestly? I don't know what you're talking about, Questionair.

1) Are you comfortable with the new staff of Jonathan, Adrien, & Nick in place?I don't have any previous experiences to compare them with ownership/staff wise, so absolutely. Let's see what happens. 2) What can we do to help improve your EXODUS experience? Some graphic updates would be nice. Possibly some sort of link/wiki style thing that is explaining all of the current (major) storylines. Being new always causes problems with figuring out where you fit in the whole scheme of things. 3) How would you feel if EXODUS went from a roleplay fed to a "hybrid" fed?Honestly, I prefer the RP style feds to Angle feds or even hybrid feds. Should there be some storyline in every match/feud/event/etc? Absolutely. But, I think it should still mainly come down to who RPs the best when it counts. 4) How do you feel about the current scorecard? What would you change? Should certain scores be higher or lower?Scorecards are scorecards. Each fed has one and uses it differently. 5) What should be the maximum amount on the roster we carry?I've always felt that 24 with 3 titles is the best number. That way, you have 8 constantly competitors between the three titles. Anything more than 24, though, and I feel like you just start having to leave people off the card or create random huge tag matches that do nothing for the writer or the fed. 6) What changes would you like to see in the near future?Again, more graphics. 7) Do you guys like the current method of us laying out angles for you, or would you guys like more input? How would you like to all gather to discuss things? Not sure, haven't experienced it yet. 8) If you are not currently on staff, would you like to be?If you need my help, I'll help out. However, if you want me to be on staff, I'm one of the people who will want to leave the active roster and become more of a full-time staffer that isn't involved with the show from an RPing stand point. 9) How do you feel about the format threads for each show?Love them, honestly. 10) Did you bring salsa?Um, wut?

1) Are you comfortable with the new staff of Jonathan, Adrien, & Nick in place? - Nick's a douche, but the other two are ok. 2) What can we do to help improve your EXODUS experience? - Nothing I can think of. 3) How would you feel if EXODUS went from a roleplay fed to a "hybrid" fed? - Meh. I'd be okay with that. 4) How do you feel about the current scorecard? What would you change? Should certain scores be higher or lower? - Switch the points of grammar with story focus. 5) What should be the maximum amount on the roster we carry? - I see only two options. -- We keep between 25-30 people and do a big card with at least one dark match. -- We go weekly if we go over that number, but every person will be booked twice in 4 weeks, but never booked back to back. Champions should send in segments for the shows they don't compete on. 6) What changes would you like to see in the near future? - Roster page graphics. Jon knows what I'm talking about. 7) Do you guys like the current method of us laying out angles for you, or would you guys like more input? How would you like to all gather to discuss things? - Either or. Doesn't matter to me. 8) If you are not currently on staff, would you like to be? - I would take Nick's job, but I'd be glad to be part of staff if I wasn't so happy as an RPer. 9) How do you feel about the format threads for each show? - Match title should be a bit bigger. I like that we keep the colors plain. 10) Did you bring salsa? - DAMMIT!
