News reports have surfaced today that a local wrestling star, Jack Alexander, was in a serious car accident late last night. According to reports, Alexander's car swerved off the road and into a ditch. EMS took Alexander to the local hospital, where he is in serious, yet stable, condition. Jack was the only person hurt in the wreck. We send our best wishes out to his family who still resides in the Pittsburgh area.

Following up on a story just a few days ago, Jack Alexander is still recovering from his accident earlier this week in a local Pittsburgh hospital. Reports are that Jack is still doing okay, but is in serious condition. Reports are that his knee and leg may have been broken severely. Jack Alexander was involved in a single person car wreck earlier this week.

Jack Alexander has been moved out of the hospital and back to his home in Pittsburgh, reports say. Alexander was hurt in a single vehicle accident late last month, and has since been recovering. Alexander's camp has no comment on the situation other than to say that Jack is doing well, he's glad to see his family, he's lucky to have made it out alive, and that this will be the end of his once-promising wrestling career.

NOT AN APRIL FOOL'S JOKE

Reports are coming in that Jack Alexander, once promising wrestling of UWL, will be heading back to the ring. Just late last year, Alexander was involved in a brutal car crash that caused him to announce his retirement. However, the aging star has decided to step back into the ring. There are no reports of what company Jack Alexander would be interested in signing with (or what company would be interested in signing someone of Alexander's age), but Jack has said he is determined to get back into the ring.

Earlier this week we mentioned how Jack Alexander has "unretired" and is heading back into the ring. We caught up with Jack to share a few words with him.

"It feels good to be back in the gym," Jack told our reporter, "It feels normal. Normalcy is what I need right now."

As for what company might be picking up Jack... Well, Jack doesn't even know! "It's all up in the air right now, who with and where I sign. I'm not even sure anyone wants me, especially after the UWL debacle. But, that doesn't mean I'm not going to try. I can only control what I can do, and that's get into shape and get back into the ring."

We'll see when and where and IF Alexander signs. For now, we're inclined to believe that "Steel City's Son" will land on his feet somewhere, even if only for his name.
