1. "The Big L" Steve Lenton (Last Ranking: 1)
-The Big L shines bright yet again! For the second show in a row, the D.C. native has picked up the top spot in the rankings. You did good, Rankings Computer. Steve Lenton would be chosen as Chris Strike's poison by EXODUS Pro World champion Zero McHannon (the man Lenton beat the show before) and Steve would make the most of his opportunity, defeating Strike and earning himself a spot in the main event at Battle Without Honor or Humanity! It just seems as if ever since winning the tag titles, "The Big L" has been on a roll and he'll be looking to continue it this week as he takes on veteran and SHOOT Project wrestler, Jaime Alejandro. Can "The Big L" train steamroll Alejandro?
2. Zero McHannon (Last Ranking: 4)
-Taking our number two spot this week is none other than the EXODUS Pro World champion. Zero McHannon got right back on track after his loss to Steve Lenton and put down the Gods & Monsters president and number one contender for his title down for the three count. Zero also found himself in some other conflict along the show, eventually taking out Zack Lifer, a man who has constantly bitched and moaned about how Zero only holds the title via circumstance. He would also be attacked by a returning Ryuji Kamigawa after the match, stunning the world. Now, he is set to team with four other people (Collins, Rourke, Lasiewicz, and Strike) to take on three members of Gods & Monsters (Gunner, Kamigawa, Lifer), Jerry Matthews, and Brett Sands. Can Zero help lead his team to victory?
3. Magnus Gunner (Last Ranking: 2)
-It is a slight fall for the Gods & Monsters general this week as he drops from #2 to #3 after an up-and-down show. Gunner would be able to get his hands on Jon Collins earlier on in the show, Lifer accidentally and unknowingly providing the distraction. Gunner would also witness the return of Ryuji Kamigawa, some good news for him. But, that would all come crashing down as he would end up facing and losing to EXODUS Pro World champ Zero McHannon after being chosen as Zero's poison by Strike. Now, Gunner looks to head to Tokyo with the momentum as he and his aforementioned team (read above, ya lazy bastards) will take on the "Dream Team"...or is it #TeamSoapNSuds? Can Gunner walk into Tokyo with some momentum?
4. Zack Lifer (Last Ranking: 5)
-Barney Zack Lifer jumps up yet another spot after an impressive showing against Anna Molly. Lifer would make quick work of Molly and would officially lock in his chances after an unfortunate ending to the Sands-Alejandro match. With Block A in lock, Lifer has guaranteed himself a semi-final spot and moves one step closer to the Honor Cup. This next show, the International champion should have his hands full as he teams with four other men (two of which we know he doesn't like) to try and take on his former friend and his stacked team. Can Lifer continue his winning ways?
5. Andreas Lasiewicz (Last Ranking: 9)
-It is a nice, solid leap from #9 to #5 for the "Morning Star" as he cracks the top 5 with yet another impressive Honor Cup performance. Heading into his match 1-0, Lasiewicz would defeat Abby Park via submission and would clinch his block, seeing as fellow GoW member Gabriel Gambino could not defeat another GoW member, Chandler Scott. Lasiewicz becomes the second man on this show to lock in their semi-final spot as he will be joined by a man he knows all too well...Zack Lifer. This next show though, Lasiewicz will be teaming with some old friends and some old enemies as his team will take on men who have surely gotten or can get on the "Morning Star's" nerves. How many bones will Lasiewicz break in the main event? We hope for none. (Psst! Not really...)
6. Chris Strike (Last Ranking: 3)
-Number one contender Chris Strike falls in the rankings this week after suffering yet another hard fought loss against Steve Lenton. It has not been a good few weeks for Strike, as he has now lost two straight and has basically made his chance at the World title that much more slim as he has now allowed Magnus Gunner and Steve Lenton to get in this too. Strike will be looking to get back on track this week as he teams with four others to take on a team of five he is surely looking to get his hands on and turn to mush. Can Strike finally get some momentum?
7. Kira T. Zeppeli (Last Ranking: 6)
-Kira T. Zeppeli dropping a spot does not mean he was any less impressive this week as he managed to handle Sally Talfourd pretty well. This victory over Talfourd and Taylor's loss has now put Zeppeli in the driver's seat, a win away from joining fellow Gods & Monsters member Zack Lifer in the semi-finals. This week, the former San Diego Bay champion will look to go three for three in his block as he takes on the Las Vegas native, Savannah Taylor. This could very well be the match that determines who advances. Can Zeppeli pull the trigger and earn himself a well deserved spot?
8. Blake Jones (Last Ranking: N/A)
-Blake Jones makes his return to the top 10 after having an impressive showing at the last episode. Jones, who was 0-1 after losing the San Diego Bay title, would take on Seymour Almasy in a match that many said stole the show. The match would consist of a lot of back and forth, but ultimately Jones would get the victory and move to 1-1 while making Seymour Almasy lose his first match in EXODUS and making him go 1-1. Now Blake will look to take down 0-2 Cthulu Jones and will be praying to the heavens that Seymour Almasy can do him a favor and help him out against 2-0 Jimmy Riley? Can Jones make his comeback in the block or will Cthulu shut the Philly Young Gun down?
9. Fiona Rourke (Last Ranking: N/A)
-Fiona Rourke also joins Jones in here return to the top 10 after getting her first Block C victory against Savannah Taylor in the main event. Rourke had some words to trade with Taylor pre-match, but would put her money where her mouth was and would pull off a solid victory that keeps her alive. Now with Talfourd out via injury, Fiona gets her next win via forfeit and has to pray that Kira loses his match to stay alive. But, she will still have her hands full as she will team with her soon-to-be husband and three others to take on a group of 5 she isn't very fond of (especially that preaching guy). Can Rourke lead her team to victory, just like Harry Potter leads Gryffindor to victory?
10. Jaime Alejandro (Last Ranking: N/A)
-And Jaime joins us in the top 10 rankings as well after an impressive showing against Brett Sands. Alejandro was looking to get his first victory in EXODUS, and while he got it, it was bittersweet. Alejandro and Sands would put on a hell of a match before Sands would take a baseball bat to Alejandro's head, apparently beginning #PlanB. With Sands getting DQed and Molly going MIA, Alejandro can claim the second place spot in Block A as he now looks forward to taking on "The Big L" in a match many believe will steal the show. Can Alejandro truly open some eyes and pick up his first pinfall or submission victory?
Just Missed The Cut:
-Chandler Scott
-Jimmy Riley
-Seymour Almasy
