Physical Appearance: Iwakuma is Japanese native (pic base: Kazuchika Okada), complete with a large uroboros tattoo on his back between his shoulder blades. His hair is often dyed blond as well.
Ring Attire: Iwakuma wears gold and black gi pants, a distinct Japanese pattern to them, with the name "IWAKUMA" in black along the ass area. Iwakuma also wears taped wrists and fists on both hands in white, along with black elbow pads and traditional boots.
Gimmick: Japanese-American wrestler with "unusual" connections.
Personality: Iwakuma is a calm, well spoken individual with a hint of venom laying underneath. Iwakuma is easy to dismiss as angry, arrogant, and cocky. Even moreso, Iwakuma is often dismissed as being anti-American. He could not be less of any of those things. In reality, Iwakuma is cold, calculating, and desires to be nothing less but the best in the world.

Biography: Daisuke Iwakuma is the son of an American mother and a Japanese father. Though born and raised in Japan, Iwakuma speaks fluent English and has grown up an athletic prodigy. With his skills well noted, Iwakuma was taken into the Akiyama Dojo, taught to refine his professional wrestling skill with precision and without remorse. Having come to the United States to claim the head of his dojo's exiled gaijin ace, Jonathan Collins, Iwakuma was outwitted (to an extent) by Collins' student and girlfriend, Fiona Rourke. Not one to let the transgression go, Iwakuma arrives in EXODUS hellbent on finishing what he came to do.

The lights in the area dim as the opening drums of "No Love" by Filter begin. As the song builds to a crescendo for an explosion, lights immediately flash out by the entrance. Stepping out from the back in his traditional Japanese attire is Daisuke Iwakuma. As the chorus begins, he hops up to the ring apron and steps in.
