Episode #3 of E-Pro Television had a lot of surprises and a lot of movement in the rankings. Where does everyone stand? LET'S FIND OUT!
1) Silver Squid (Last Show: 6)
It was quick, it was decisive, it was painful for The Grasshopper. After a stunning loss to the Leisureforce two weeks ago, the Silver Squid beat Grasshopper and looks primed to help himself and the Orange Octopus in the Tag Team Title gauntlet at March of War. Though he might be the more intense of the two Mighty Molluscans, he hasn't let that stop him from being hands down the toughest competitor on the roster possibly.
2) Omar Wise (Last Show: 1)
Though he dropped a spot in the rankings, that doesn't make his win any less impressive. Alex Brooks threw everything but the kitchen sink at Omar, but it wasn't enough. Now looking at having to stop a "Humanoid Typhoon" to win his block in two weeks, Donovan Torment has to be looking at a situation where he'll have to make sure Wise pulls out all the stops, especially to prove to Kliff Ulysses that #OmarComin.
3) Alex Brooks (Last Show: 4)
He might not have won, but Alex Brooks proved that he might have the biggest heart in the entire company. Alex showed his bravery, fighting spirit, and his tenacity despite losing to Omar Wise. Now looking to not go winless in his block for the Winter Road, he'll be looking to bring that same heart when he goes one on one with Justin Brooks! "The Little Engine that Did" may have a few tricks up his sleeve to get one over on The Big Bad Brooks.
4) Orange Octopus (Last Show: 9)
Shooting up five spots from two weeks ago is the practical joker himself. Earning a new mentally challenged friend, Orange Octopus stepped up to the plate in defeating "The Space Pharoah" Zortalk. This victory HAS to give huge momentum to both Mighty Molluscans as they look to claim Tag Team gold at March of War!
5) Fiona Rourke (Last Show: 3)
She may have clinched a berth in the semifinals of the EXODUS Title tournament, but that doesn't necessarily mean it was easy. Abby Park rose to the occasion in her match against Fiona Rourke, but Rourke came out the victor and another step closer to the main prize in EXODUS Pro. Now "The Strong Style Pixie" can fully turn her attention to Daisuke Iwakuma, who has been a thorn in her side since day one. Rourke is hoping she can score a decisive victory and prove once and for all that she is the master of #HoneyBadgerStyle.
6) Kliff Ulysses (Last Show: 2)
A four spot drop was in the cards for Kliff, but that had everything to do with "quality of victory". Ulysses won a forfeit match against Justin Brooks, but may have ignited a war he cannot win! Ulysses seems dead intent on a showdown with EXODUS Pro Director Jonathan Collins, though the only thing he got out of the initial confrontation is a little bit of blood (accidentally) and the ire of Fiona Rourke. Is "The Humanoid Typhoon" himself standing in the path of an oncoming storm involving the Saint of Violence?
7) Abby Park (Last Show: 10)
If Park didn't prove naysayers wrong last week against Daisuke Iwakuma, she certainly did this week against Fiona Rourke. Though she was handed the first loss of her EXODUS career, Park managed to not only hold her own against the International Champion, but also earn her respect in the process. Now tied for second in her block, she fights for her championship title aspirations in two weeks against Johnny Cannon! Can she find enough moxie to advance to the semifinals?
8) Zortalk (Last Show: NR)
Though some people would think he's not entirely there, Zortalk has certainly proven to be Donovan Torment's newest and most interesting client. "The Space Pharaoh" may not have been victorious in his first EXODUS Pro match, but he certainly performed well enough to earn himself a spot in the top 10. Big things could be in store for the newest client of EXODUS' resident loud mouth.
9) Johnny Cannon (Last Show: 7)
Let's be honest. Johnny Cannon has been the victim of bad luck so far. He didn't lose his Winter Road qualifier on Episode #1. He fell victim to his own arrogance and overconfidence in Episode #2. Finally, on Episode #3, Cannon's ability carried him to a victory and restored his title hopes for March of War. Now on track for a collision with Abby Park in two weeks, Cannon looks to bring his A-game to score a victory and help him reach the semis!
10) Daisuke Iwakuma (Last Show: NR)
Daisuke Iwakuma is an enigma. Though not exactly the most successful, Iwakuma is doing just enough to keep himself afloat in EXODUS. Having attacked Fiona Rourke two weeks ago, and then further enraging her by attacking one of her closest friends and former tag team partner, Jimmy Riley, Iwakuma has made it no secret that he's itching to get his hands on Fiona Rourke. Now the two will go one on one in two weeks, and it could be one of the most intense competitions the company has seen to date!
