I've gone to my panel and after deliberation, Moxley is not considered an alter ego. Mox is just sort of a prelude to Dean Ambrose, so sadly, this one isn't gonna count.
However, Sami Zayn IS an alter ego, and thus you would be allowed this if you want to change to him.
